I just want to say thank you for having such great customer service, and such a great inventory of batteries. I have an EVGA SC17 laptop. The manufacturer discontinued the battery I needed for a replacement. Battery-store.org had the battery, and at a good price. Just to make sure I was getting the correct battery, I took a picture of my old one, and I sent the customer service at battery-store.org the picture. I asked them if they had the battery I needed, and they explained that they did, but that the battery would not come with the housing. They were very open and honest. I'm skilled when it comes to electronics so I wasn't worried about the lack of housing. I ordered the battery. It arrived earlier than I had expected. I installed it and followed the directions for proper handling of the battery. It is working great. Thanks again :D
