Perfect replacement battery for my wife's 883 Iron
Excellent Service and Super fast shipping would be back again if I need replacement batteries for other tools.
My optima battery arrived dead and would not hold a charge. Reaching out to BigTimeBattery.com for a return was a nightmare. Shannon and the other lady that answered were extremely rude and not apologetic or helpful with the return process. They are clearly not testing their batteries out before they ship them. They have a 1 star rating on the Better Business Bureau, STAY AWAY!
My Optima battery gradually grew weaker and weaker so it now cant start the car after sitting over night without being on a battery tender. My car dealer checked out the car and determined the battery needs replacement. Still under the 3 year warranty, I contacted Bigtime Battery and they had me ship the battery to them. My shipping cost was $62. Three weeks later they told me the battery works fine. Yes, it can start the car but only if I keep the battery on a charger. They returned this useless battery to me. I have now bought an Interstate battery with no problems. They are NOT an authorized Optima dealer.
It was difficult at first to get tracking and it got confusing what batteries i ordered vs what was shipped but I'm the end, it all turned out correct. I shouldn't be too critical because they were very helpful on the phone and my order turned out just fine and was delivered pretty quickly.
Took a little longer to receive than I expected. Battery was fully charged when it arrived installed in motorcycle instantly came to life.
Made an order and they messed it up then cancelled it without asking me and then refunded me less than what I paid 👎 Shannon who dealt with it has a terrible attitude
I received my battery when they said it would be there. The box it was shipped in was in perfect condition. The box that the battery was in was all wet like the battery leaked, so I returned it.

Excellent battery put it in my car with no problem and start up on the first try with no hesitation. Did not realize how compact and Heavy it is, what a refreshing concept.

My battery arrived the box was wet and my two batteries were wet with acid as well I called they emailed me back one time I have not heard anything else from them.
They offered a decent battery for a decent price and free shipping. The new battery was in my Harley just days after placing the order. You can't judge a battery by its looks, so only time will tell if the interior construction and quality are up to the job. So far, I am very pleased.
Great experience, had to charge it all he way up for a few hours but other than that...as described.
