Their free shipping coupon for this 55 pound AGM SLA battery was awesome -- they shipped it right away via Fedex. Their shipping was so fast that the battery actually was delivered to my home before the CTEK battery changer I ordered from Amazon was even shipped out (and I paid for Amazon's Standard Shipping). I wish bigtimebattery.com carried the CTEK charger so I could have ordered it from them too.

Easy ordering
Found Batteries needed on Sears.com but could not get shipped to store...went direct, but took a bit to verify same batteries ordered.

I ordered the battery on Friday.
I had a coupon for free delivery and it said it would take between 7 and 10 days. I was ok with that.
I got no message that the battery had been sent by the end of Monday. Tuesday, I wrote and was told that their Monday had been busy and that the battery would be sent on Tuesday. I expected a long wait and was not too happy about the prospects but understood as the order was late Friday.
It arrived Wednesday. I was elated. I figure the fella had made the mistake right and sent it on a faster route. I will do business with these people again.
