Very easy to order. I had the receipt for the last battery purchase I ordered, so I just entered that data and went straight to checkout.
The only problem I had with the new battery is that it tends to fall out of the drill. It doesn't quite lock into the base way the old one did.
First order - I'll know more when battery arrives. Follow up - battery arrived as scheduled, and operated as expected. It's nice to find a company that does what it says it will do!
