The website was easy to use, checkout process was skmple, and my tickets arrived within 4 days. I will use this site again in the future.
All in all no complaints - no big celebration tho - I wanted tickets - found them - filled out the form to buy them... they landed in my email minutes later for instant download... done... painless.
Everything went smoothly - had to change my email address but that was painless and all worked out fine.
Overall experience was great. Easy to find seats, even using my iphone, and easy to purchase and download tickets. Follow up emails were excellent.
I ordered tickets. I received an email that my purchase was processed.
They took the money from my account. They never delivered the tickets. I could not reach anyone from their customer support. I waited on the phone for 45 minutes.
I never received tickets. They still have my money. Supposedly they have a 125% ticket Guarantee if the order is accepted but now delivered. I finally called new ticket sales, where of course they picked up.
They told me that even thought I received an email saying that the order had been processed, the money have been taken from my account, that did not constitute an accepted order. I still do not have my money back.
We ordered tickets in the balcony as that was the most cost effective. We got a call from Goody Tickets stating that they no longer were available and that we would be upgraded to orchestra! Couldn't believe it! Thanks so much for an awesome buying experience! We will definitely buy through you again!:-)
I order 8 tickets online. 3 are supposed to be available to print out, can't get my tickets to print and can't get ahold of ANYONE TO HELP. Can someone please help me ASAP the event is TONIGHT.
