I ordered a book, actually rent it out, and it said it was available so I paied fast shipping. Next day I got an e mail stating due to their suppliers book os not ye tin their facility so I called to get ny money back. Costumer service keeps telling me they can't refund because it's from publisher, they sent like e mail for refund ni respond, no tracking number or idea when book will come... it is ridiculous!

Great service and received what I ordered. Happy to heard from them right away, since I wrote a note to pay attention before sending order.
