Very satisfied

Delivered to Czech Republic!

I received my order yesterday and I was satisfied. First, I read all the negative comments that discouraged me from buying a little, but i give it a try. The order arrived in excellent condition without the slightest defects.

I will definitely come back and buy more pieces soon. I will be happy to recommend this store.

The only thing that can be improved is the shipping time, which took 5 days, but HEY, its a pandemic.

People are fickle.

BBTS is awesome. Customer service on point, selection on point, shipping on point. Never had an issue and I've spent thousands with them. Most of the negative reviews are silly. Whining over shipping costs and time frames is silly. So due to people's impatience and ignorance they give bad reviews. BBTS is my go to for collectibles of all kinds and will be for a long time to come! Keep up the good work!

I literally paid 10 dollars for shipping for 1 small 6 inch figure and the only shipping methods these idiots could ship it is parcel select. Really? Couldnt send it priority or first class? It wouldve just been better to buy it on ebay with this stupid shipping that they gave me. Atleast on ebay you can find the figure for the same price and with free priority. Jesus talk about cheap!

BBTS use to be great with shipping. But now the processing and shipping time is insane. I am not a one time buyer and have been buying from them for years. Their 4$ shipping is extremely slow. I have waited up to 1 month to get my packages. 2 weeks for them to ship and then 2 weeks while fed ex send my packages on a US tour. There is no reason for it to take a week to two weeks just to process and order. My last order i decided to take a shot and pay for one of their "faster" shippings. It still ttok them a week to process and my package still is not here. Placed it on june 14th today is the 30th. I think this is the last time im buying from them. If you try and contact them they are not helpful at all. They use the covid excuse for everything. Every other online store i use has no problems shipping right now and some stores are mom and pop shops, yet they still ship out extremely fast.

All I gotta say is the support was great. I called about my package being shipped and the dude was so nice and chill and explained that shipping could take a little as they only have one warehouse and are not 24/7 like Amazon. They had my package shipped the next day and I was happy with it. So happy that I'm writing a review on it even though I'm 13. Sometimes you just gotta have patience with them.

I made an order on wed, 4 days later it has yet to ship, I could order from wish and have my product here faster at the rate they are going, I only ordered 2 items to see how my process would be, compared to ebay suppliers, amazon, walmart, and some orders on wish, this store is horrible at processing orders and making a timely delivery. Id recommend not ordering from them if you dont like your money being taken from you without the order being processed and put out for shipment. I will be canceling by tomorrow if I do not have a tracking number with an actual delivery in process and im not talking about a label being made, that could take another few days for them just to drop it off at the post office, or whatever carrier they hire. I would not recommend them unless you dont mind waiting a few days or week+ after they have taken your money to start the delivery process. The more days they go with my money and no shipping the less faith I have in this store.

Vendor consistently demonstrates slow processing times and lackadaisical work ethic.

Recent order did not ship for an entire week (7 days) which is consistent with previous orders.

3 high-end orders arrived damaged. I was told that I'd have to "come and pick the items up in person" if I wanted a replacement.

They apparently do not value professionalism at their in-house customer service department which is managed by two highly unqualified employees (Rebbekah Supervisor / Liz - Manager) who only seem to be proficient at exacerbating customer complaints.

This is definitely not the professional online conglomerate with an outsourced call-center that you're used to. No, this is your lackadaisical mom and pop style retailer founded by 2 toy loving brothers in the backwoods of Wisconsin.

To get a clear picture of the work ethics behind the people running this company just consider their business hours.

They operate M-F from 7am to 3:30pm and are CLOSED on weekends.

3:30pm.? Closed on the weekends...?

Ah, so, that's why our orders take so long to process...?

They're more concerned about beating the rush-hour traffic than processing orders so they are certainly not going to lift a finger on the weekends.

This business is not built upon a sustainable foundation capable of longevity. It's poorly managed by unqualified employees with lackadaisical work ethics who don't value their customers and lack the motivation or desire to improve their business.

They act like they are doing you favor by selling to you. Sorry, but you're just a retailer selling the same items (albeit, much slower) than the next guy so you better rethink your approach to customer relations as your business is dispensable.

I'm taking my business ($10k annually) elsewhere.

I placed an order here on April 14th, 2020. It shipped on April 16th, it is now May 23rd, and it is still not here. It won't be here until Tuesday, according to tracking. Covid had made things difficult for everyone, but shipping from other places was about 2 weeks, maximum. Bbts customer service has been very unhelpful, and uncaring, they don't even respond to me anymore. Would not reccomend getting from them.

Placed an order with this store and it said they were unable to process the order because my billing address info was incorrect. The billing address is correct and there is no reason the order cannot process. I have made numerous charges on the internet using that card in the previous days, there is just under $20k in available credit and the billing address is correct. Called and forced to leave a message, eventually received a return call from them telling me to go to my account and resubmit payment, however their site does not provide that option, so I call back BBTS and the agent tells me he has no way to reprocess the payment. Clearly, and I can say this as an attorney, they were negligent in processing the payment correctly, so I end up spending all day trying to resolve this and an hour on the phone with my credit card issuer to confirm that there is no reason this payment would have gone through. I can't believe a business would be turning sales away at a time like this? Baffling... very poor business practices warranting a complaint with the BBB

I have bought from BBTS a few times in the past and been happy. Then I ordered two Transformers that were faulty. I complained and Customer Service was great. I asked for replacements but they said that I should keep the faulty ones and they would refund the money, then I could reorder if I wanted to. They refunded promptly and I re-ordered promptly. They took the money and then NOTHING happened. No money, no toys, no communication. I complained and got no response, I emailed again and got ignored again. I complained through PayPal and still no response. So I say: If you have been happy with BBTS then quit while you're ahead. If you're thinking of placing an order: don't take the chance. Big BAD Toy Store are well named, save your money.
THAT WAS MY ORIGINAL POST. Please read on, I would like to completely retract my original post. As I said above they did respond and it went straight to spam (heaven knows why as it never did before) and my computer decided that I didn't need to see the spam file. Luckily my phone showed the spam file. We have sorted everything out to my complete satisfaction. I an VERY HAPPY with BBTS and would strongly recommend them. The problem was, technically, mine as it was caused by my computer but once we actually communicated they bent over backwards to resolve everything. I look forward to doing business here again.

Avoid. BigBadToyStore means "big, BAD, toy store"

Proof: Order 31-26***** pre-paid pre-order 11/11/2019, unfulfilled 12/30/2019. Cancelled because BBTS does not "ship" your pre-paid, pre-order, but relies on YOU "Claiming" your pre-paid order before BBTS cancels it.

NO MERCHANT OPERATES LIKE THIS; not Amazon, Fun.com, etc. Deceitful "weasel words" in small type.

My wife called. To a woman, Bruce at BigBadToyStore reacted rude, evasive and hung up after on her (was there an argument with Mom about moving out of her basement before work?)

Nonetheless, I am an experienced online shopper, and a 20+ years web developer/architect. In my honest estimation, BigBadToyStore is a parody of an online store, run by rude and insensate basement dwellers.

This store is THE BEST! I bought the camel figure and it arrived in only about three days DURING THE CHRISTMAS SEASON for only a few dollars shipping! Katie in customer service was unbelievable. She was very helpful and thorough in answering all my questions. Speaking to her, I realized I had nothing to worry about concerning my order! Thanks to David and Cain as well.

I thought I get ahead of Christmas and purchase in November. How wrong I was this company took 3 weeks to process a order than contact them and all they did was create a label with fed ex so it say shipped on there website it did not get shipped until another week Later. On top of that there shipping takes forever then it get sent to the post office to sit for a couple of days because of the shipping option. Over a month later and i have not recieved my item. I canceled all preorders with this company and will never order from this joke.

Probably my most frequented toy store. I live in Minnesota so orders arrive quickly even with the 4 dollar flat rate shipping. Some prices can be a little high but they do have some great sales that can make up for it long term. They do get some Storm exclusives and event exclusives in and that is their primary draw for me.

Also they use bubble wrap in their boxes... Unlike Amazon, those savages.

So I received a personal phone call from a very nice woman from their customer service dept. We had a small discussion about the situation and was surprised how willing she was to make it right for me, which she did and it was greatly appreciated. No company has ever reached out to me before to fix a problem that I've had so it was nice to see that they did that. Although I was initially upset they went out of their way help me and will continue to be a customer and even recommend them.

BEWARE! I received my Transformers War for Cybertron: Siege Titan Omega Supreme which in total cost me $174. The box is dented and has a huge gouge in it, but no damage to the shipping box so It was packed that way. Contacted customer service and I'm told I'm beat for an exchange because it was an "ungraded" item. Seems like a trick to make you pay full price for damaged goods. Very bad business. Lost a customer today.

My Homecoming One: 12 Collective Spider-Man had a cloth rip that happened because I was repositioning it and BigBadToyStore completed refunded my purchase without me having to send the figure back to them!

These one star reviewers are so off. BBTS is the best.
If you have to return something based off a legitimately bad QC issue. They will pay shipping back and forth until you get a good one.
I have tons and years of orders with them. There are some minor QC issues you can't expect them to pay for. Most of these one star reviewers sound like they made one order, had a tiny QC issue and expected BBTS to pay for it. Ridiculous.
DON'T LISTEN TO THE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK! They are wrong, wrong wrong.
