Placed an order, seems it got mixed up. Called and the rep was nice and fixed everything. Also adjusted shipping cost and tax. Very pleased. Cant wait to get my package and future per orders I made. Thanks Derrick.
Definitely NOT recommended. There are plenty of other sites to chose from rather than BBTS. A lot of comments on youtube and collectible forums have said their shipping has been slow. After 2 weeks from charging my card, they still had not shipped my item. I told them it's fine if they are swamped but they refused to cancel the order. So I filed a chargeback. No loss. They used to be the best shop to go to though. Not sure what changed. Fortunately, there are better sites that offer better customer service.
Stay away you will make a order and wait 6 months. Then you will find it elsewhere after 7 days cancel the order but u won't get your money back but credit. Soooo it's a continuous circle of waiting. Dave then will tell you we have 10,000 people waiting your not alone lmao. Cool bro you don't need my money then.
Preordered a Deluxe Amaterasu Nendoroid in September, 2020, a few months before the scheduled release date in November. Waited months upon months, in which every time I checked the status the estimated arrival was pushed back another month every time. Any emails or tech support merely stated the same thing every time. "We're having technical difficulties involving Covid(understandable) and the shipping will be delayed." No info on my preorder, no excuse aside from Covid after the first big wave died down. Nothing.
Eventually, around July 2021, I gave up, cancelled every delayed Preorder I had from them.
The issue with that being... it had been so long since the original release date, not only did every other store that got Ammy fulfill theor preorders, but they were SOLD OUT OF THEIR REGULAR STOCK. I was never able to get my Nendoroid, and ended up ordered the Oki statue(also from Okami) at a different store instead.
Ammy is STILL available for preorder to this day, a full year after I preordered it originally.
Not only that, but I have a different preorder of Pop Up Parade Blake that is sold out/unavailable anywhere else, meaning I'm stuck with this preorder... she's already been delayed for a month too. It's just going to keep happening.
TL; DR, I don't know how well their none-preorder business hoes, but never, NEVER preorder from them.
I pre ordered the Captain Blake from The Fog figure. This was almost two months ago. ETA July. Numerous emails all excuses, they don't even contact their suppliers to find out when their products are going to be delivered. Truly pathetic service. Dreadful company. Avoid like the plague.
I am a retired service member, and I've been doing plastic modeling as my hobby for over 30 years. Here's my experience with this seller:

Ordered from them via their pre-order section, because their prices' are good (maybe too good to be true), but they never fulfil my orders even after the products are available on market for months. They never update, cancel or respond to my requests neither.

My orders got canceled by Rebekah at bbts because of bbts messed up 2 times. I was given inaccurate info on one item. It caused me alot of inconvenience because the item was taken off the site for 2 months then once it come back on the site I bought 2 and I received 1 damaged. So Rebekah at bbts decided to cancel my whole account and now I'm moving into legal proceedings all because she wanted to he rude to me and act like she's got some kind of authority while she sits in her butt working from home not doing her job. If she is a supervisor like she says then it's no wonder noone answers the phone and
They are too lazy to do anything for anybody. I don't know what happened to customer satisfaction? Dave and Liz were nice at bbts but Rebekah acts like she owns the place and treated my whole family with disrespect. She canceled my wife and kids accounts too! Even my mothers account! So she has alot to pay for! She needs to be fired. I know if I owned bbts id fire her. I guess the owners there at bbts don't care about nothing but scalping people on prices. Thats all they care about or they would make their employees better. Everytime I called I never got ahold of anyone. My emails were always ignored. I have proof of 30 emails regarding one item that were never answered. We called today over 60 times and the day before yesterday I had to call 20 times to get someone to finally answer the phone! Pathetic! Sorry excuse for employees and sorry excuse for a company thats supposed to sell adult collectibles and kid toys. Will post screenshots soon!

Ordered a Mafex Batman v3.0 from this store and received a knock off! Be careful ordering Japanese imports from this store as they are not authentic!
I bought it at this store on 4/9/2021 and didin't receive it. It is not a trustworthy store, attention, I did not buy from this store.
- Terrible "customer service" (not sure that's what they should call it)
- Order "processing" often take weeks on in-stock items
- Pre-orders take longer than other retailers
- Items often show up damaged
- Returns process is terrible
They are slow because they source their inventory from EntertainmentEarth and they have to wait for their allotment to ship to their warehouse and when it does their lazy staff likes to drag their feet. Since they're only open until 3pm and closed on the weekends, you will experience long delays with processing your order.
Don't be surprised when you finally get your items 3 weeks after you requested shipment and your expensive items show up damaged. Then don't be surprised when you call them and discover how poorly managed their business actually is and how terrible and rude their "customer service" is.
We discovered that if you want quality service then you should just buy from the same professionals that they do, EntertainmentEarth.
I got an issue with my delivered item which is missing an accessory (skull throne) and the customer service is the worst, no accountability and lack of ownership, they blamed the vendor always during our conversation. I already canceled over 20 pre orders and will not ever do business with this cash grab company.
I've ordered from BBTS a few times now and I've NEVER had an issue. Everything shows up in great condition and is packed extremely well. Yes, it can take a few days for them to ship at times, but I'm sure it's because they are busy and let's face it, no ones going to die because their package didnt get shipped out within 24 hrs lol. Pre-orders have been taking a while, but how can they ship what they dont have? They are waiting for the product the same as the rest of us. Rest assured, you WILL receive it as soon as possible. Honestly, The only bad reviews I'm seeing are from pretentious, impatient, and arrogant people who seem to think that only their time and money matter and that people should bow to their every whim. Look, I LOVE my action figures, but at the end of the day, they are just plastic and I'm not going to die because the store shipped them on a monday instead of Friday and took the weekend off. Plus, the pile of loot feature allows you to put as many items into it as possible, and will ship them ALL for only $4! That alone is pretty awesome. Especially when you have people on ebay who charge shipping that costs more than the item itself... long story short, trust BBTS, they are amazing!
I've been using BBTS for a couple years and have never been disappointed. They've always come through with orders. They package all orders up in a way that protects the merchandise.
Their pile of loot is an awesome option. Great customer service!
Purchased 10/24 2020 was given estimated arrival Oct. 2020 then Nov 2020 then Dec 2020 by 28th. Today Jan 1 2021 will arrive in Jan. 2021. This was for a handicapped grandson. Very disappointing.
The Aliens figure arrived with a big dent in the clear box window and the outer cardboard box had been resealed (BBTS has lots of disclaimers on their website about box condition and swear up and down they don't intentionally send out dented or worn boxes as 'standard condition' but it's obvious they do sort them).
Also, the Kaguya was delayed for months and months, finally I start to see Redditors posting pics of theirs and it's still shown as preorder on BBTS and still no explanation, apology or information given. Had to check the website constantly to see if/when it was supposed to ship. I placed my preorder in JULY and now am SOL.
Fantastic service. I've spent about $1,000 in the past month or so and couldn't be happier. So I was one of those people that had a package get stuck in Osseo, MN limbo (look it up haha). I called twice about it since when I contacted FedEx, they said that the package was most likely lost and I needed to contact the supplier. About two weeks later, the package arrived in pristine condition.
The funny thing is that I had three orders come in. The one that I ordered first on FedEx Smartpost (a slow service but cheapest) came last. The other packages where I chose the slightly more expensive option came super quick.
There's a ton of reviews about slow order and I gotta say, if you opt for the cheaper shipping, you're going to get the slower time period.
Anyway, my experience for the past two months has been fantastic with this company. Contacted them a few times during this busy period (Thanksgiving) and they were nothing but excellent.
Also worth noting, the box of a package came damaged but they did such an incredible jobbing wrapping it up on the inside, none of the figures I ordered saw any damage. I'm sure if you order outside the holiday season, things would go even smoother. But considering ordering in the midst of a pandemic, all the packages came in a timely manner (minus that one that got stuck in Osseo).
Definitely happy with this vendor and will continue to do business with them for all my toy needs!
I ordered a pre-order for my boy as a gift. I came home to find an e-mail stating that my payment could not be processed due to my address not matching their records. I was fuming so I called in. I ended up leaving a voicemail asking what the hell is going on... I don't find that aggressive. I also e-mailed stating that they have a time limit to respond as this was out of this world. Derek called me and told me that my financial institution refused payment. I said that I didn't pay through my financial institution. He then went in to pay pal which I don't have. Then he blamed my credit card company. I told him my address and he states that he can't confirm what is on file! Well, that's garbage. He had the gull to hang up on me. He proceeded to send my e-mail and voice recording to Rebbekah, a supposed supervisor. Neither has answered me yet. I've e-mailed that I'm reporting them and I will advise through facebook. I tried to deactivate my account and found that I'm now restricted from using it. Gee wiz, guess who is in the wrong!...
I use this website frequently to purchase figures. You simply can't beat the $4 flat rate shipping. A lot of people writing these reviews complain about the $4 flat rate but I'm going to assume that none of these people are collectors and just cheap. Where else can you order $300+ worth of stuff, keep it on layaway and then get it all shipped for $4? NOWHERE!
The customer service I have also found to be personable and exceptional. I've had 1 or 2 issues with my orders but they always answer the phone and they always help until the issue is solved. I work in customer service so I see firsthand how for every negative person leaving a negative review there are over 1,000 super satisfied clients that never do. Don't let the few people on here fool you with their nagging and complaining. This is a great store with great customer service, cheap shipping, competitive pricing and exceptional quality.
Dont buy from these people if youre buying international. They charge about 500% more than other competitors.If you compare a life size venom bust that sideshow ships for 200$ bigbadtoystore ships it for 880$. Thats insane, and obviously it goes for everything else as well
