I got many pieces of jewlery from here.
The quality was good considering the price.
The shipping was slightly slow and overpriced. The details on each piece listed didn't entirely match up to what was received (bracelets and necklaces much smaller in size/dimension then listed).
But over all, can't complain.
If you sign up for their newsletter be prepared for 3 emails a week min.

I purchased from Totsy I received not full order, but they charge full. Tried to call them and no answered, I referred to friends never get the reward, NOT RECOMMENDED at all, I highly recommended ZULILLY

I placed my first order with Totsy about a year ago. I waited about 3 weeks for my order to be fulfilled, then I contacted them. They got right back with me and told me that the item I had ordered was no longer available, and they gave me a full refund. So that was not the best experience, but it was fair.

Fast forward to this year. I decided to give Totsy another try, so around the first of March I ordered two cute outfits for Easter. After I placed the order, I noticed that it said the shipping date would be around April 1. Uh-oh, Easter was March 31 this year. To my surprise, I received the two outfits 3 days before Easter, just about the time I was getting ready to go to the mall to pick out last minute Easter outfits. The outfits were perfect, the prices were great, and they delivered even sooner than they promised. So, I'm glad I didn't read all these negative reviews before ordering from Totsy. I will use this company again.

They couldn't find my order with my email when I sent the email. I called, they found it. They charged my credit card and I never received the product. Finally they found my order but they don't have the product to send me. Return only the money of the product but not the shipping.
Totsy don't exist for me anymore! Zulily is infinit better site to buy even better stuff.

I ordered my stuff at the beginning of feb 2013 and didn't get it until march 4 2013. I wish I had took a look at the reviews before I made a purchase. I paid $100 for 5 dresses and used a promo code for free shipping. I thought what a great deal 5 beautiful dresses purchased from the comfort of my own home and I didn't have to pay for shipping this is great. But once I actually got my dresses it was a nightmare they looked nothing like online they all looked faded and worn. The material was really thin and cheap and I had to be extra careful with the dresses because of the poor quality. I'm embarrassed to wear the dresses but reading the reviews I'm thinking a refund is not in the cards for me. I guess I will have to make the best of it and hopefully the dresses won't fall apart as I am wearing them. What a waste at least I learned my lesson no more totsy for me BUYER BEWARE!

I would give this site a 0 if possible. Ordered a pair of boots from this website. When they arrived (incredibly late by the way) they seemed to be fine. I wore the items TWICE and the soles are falling off and the buttons on the sides already came off! I called and emailed customer service and they REFUSE to refund or exchange because "they can only refund if the item is damaged when received." But DON"T WORRY all items go through quality control, so I must just be walking incorrectly. Save your money and the trouble and order from a real site with REAL customer service.

I ordered items nearly 4 weeks ago and haven't received anything. I was hoping to have them in time for my son's first birthday but it looks like we won't have them. I called customer service and rudely informed there's nothing they can do. Absolutely the worst... I never complain about companies, but felt buyers should beware.

Totsy is the worst!

Totsy is the worst! They advertise great products at great prices and are very quick to debit your account. Months later when you question where your product is... about the fifth time... the finally respond that the product(s) you ordered is no longer available. Refund? What's a refund? They don't seem to know! BEWARE!

I made a purchase on 01/04/13. I received an e-mail on 01/17/13 that my items were finally going to ship. On 01/26/13 I received a package with my name on the shipping label and someone elses order and packing slip on the inside. Keep in mind the violations of a company providing customers personal information! I sent an e-mail requesting a call regarding the issue. No call! I phonned and the rep had no clue what happened because I was put on hold prior to explaining what happened. I was told to donate what I receieved and would get a refund for my order. When I asked for a confirmation number or an opporator ID to have proof of call, the rep stated it was still such a small start up company there was no such thing. Dont waste your time on this site. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is!

My order always takes at least a month to get and when I get it there are consistantly items that are not shipped that I ordered and were charged for. This last order I placed and just got took over a month to get. Also I ordered a item in one color and they sent me a different color which is horrible looking and 4 items were not shipped but I was still charged for them. This is the last time that I will order from them. This has happened more than once to me.

Ok so I have bid and won on this site... Great right? Although I got the items fine and they seemed worth the winning bid; the shipping was crazy. I paid the same or more in shipping then I did for the items. I would say unless you are going to get the items cheap amd buy alot of them to markup and resell the shipping doesnt make it worth it.

Customer service was nearly nonexistent. I ordered 8 items on 11/21/2012, received 7 of them a month later (and one item was not represented accurately in the listing photo), emailed Totsy to find out where my missing item was, then didn't hear back. I finally posted on Totsy's Facebook page, which is apparently the only way to get any type of customer service. After a couple of emails, I was finally told -- on Christmas Eve! -- that the missing item was no longer in stock, and that my money would be refunded. Too bad for me, because that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. After reading the other complaints on Totsy's FB page, I can see this is pretty much how Totsy operates, and I won't be buying anything else from them.

I think this site is awful! The prices are cheap but clearly they need to bump them up to get better customer service. I placed an order in December for some boots. They ended up charging me DOUBLE the amount and bouncing my account which I had to pay an additional charge for... even though it was their fault. It took me DAYS to get a hold of them over this and they pretty much told me there is nothing they can do but give me the extra money they charged back. It's now 1/17/13 and I still have not got the boots. First they put the wrong address on them and they got shipped to another customer, returned and now that they are here my carrier won't deliver the dumb things without a signature... I do have a job so I don't really have time for this so they are pretty much on the verge of being sent back to them. I'm about fed up! This site is ridiculous and I've spend so much time, energy and money over something I could care less about. Screw you Totsy!

These guys are thieves. Never ever place an order with them.
I put order twice & both times there were major issue with shipping and condition of the item. It took days to refund for the first order and for second item even though it was never shipped, they never returned money. Rude customer service. Horrible, this business (if you still want to call it a business) should be closed.

Can i give 0 stars to this site? Sites like this should be close inmediately!. Fraudulent, no customer service at all, the ship my order 5 -f i v e- weeks after i ordered and incomplete! But, yes, they charged the whole amount to my credit card. And i notice after i order throug this site i have been receiving a lot of junk mail, guess they do sell e-mail adresses too!. I would never, ever shop thru a websites like this...

I placed an order with Totsy for lingerie and dresses. Before they shipped my order, they notified me that one of the lingerie sets was cancelled. However, when my order arrived, another set was also cancelled on my order slip. On a 3rd lingerie set, 2 mismatching sets were placed together. This particular one even had a penciled notification question that had been asked by (I'm assuming) whomever had packaged it. Their notification had been erased. A 4th lingerie set had 2 different sizes put together... a small and a medium. What made me so unhappy was that Totsy only deducted the price of the lingerie set they had notified me they cancelled before they shipped. They charged me for the 2nd set they cancelled, and of course they charged me for the other 2 sets they botched. I tried calling their customer service #, only to have an automated voice tell me that there was no such number. I emailed them 3 times. After 2 of the emails, I received this automated answer of "We have received your email" type response. But still, no refund for the cancelled set I didn't receive nor any type of refunds for the other botched sets. I will now be reporting them on the Better Business Bureau site.

Really disappointed with my Totsy experience. I ordered several different items and they are all very small. Weird coincidence since they are different brands, but all the same I'm stuck with a bunch of stuff that doesn't fit properly. Two dresses from Dolly and Me, both just barely fit their recipients when I ordered sizes to be generous and allow for growth. A pair of sandals from one of the shoe events. Not even close to a standard shoe size, will have to be given to someone 1 if not 1.5 sizes smaller. Two pair of pajamas... this is the one that really hurts. Our family tradition is new pj's for the kids on Christmas Eve... the size 12-14 pj's for my son are smaller than the size 10 pj's I bought at a store for my daughter. They do not fit at all and since I didn't expect this issue, I didn't check them soon enough so no time to go find anything else. The size 4 pj's barely fit my other son. I know that pj's are meant to fit snugly, but these are tiny.
Buyer beware... no returns, no refunds, no exchanges... the prices are too good to be true--because it is too good to be true.

***BUYERS BEWARE****This company has a standard 15 business day shipping rule so don't expect to get your item quickly. Also, if they ship late, which they did in my case, they offer no sort of customer service. I was charged shipping, which was $7.95 when I was supposed to have free shipping per their website, and they refused to refund it. Customer service on the phone and via email is awful.

Horrible site, products are crappy, you have to wait a minimum of 6 weeks for your product. Nothing is returnable. Last straw was buying a travel package from their site and when I called to book the trip there are no available dates to travel so they just stole my money!
