Customer service kept saying all this time 2 weeks, 2 weeks n today they sent me email with informatiom of canceled.
Because a item is SOLD OUT.
How it possible if i paid 4 months ago?
I also hope to get my money back.

They take your money and then tell you you have to wait for the product to come to them and they will send you the item, ask for a refund they agreed but havent issued a refund. Credit card chargeback has been issued
I bought 6 different articles and a family member 8 articles the which they say will be sent from 4 to 6 days and after waiting for three months they were never sent in addition when you try to communicate with them it is impossible and recovering your money is harder still, they take the money of the people and someone should do something about it since this is a fraud and I have understood and read the same arguments from many other people who have had the same experience with this company, for me has been very frustrating and I would like find a government department that could do something about it
Bought Roberto Cavalli watch fo quite a good price and had some doubts. It has arrived yesterday and I super happy with the purchase.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering two jewelry pieces and a serigraph for gifts. The serigraph was supposed to ship in 3 to 5 days; that was two weeks ago and it hasn't been shipped. The two jewelry pieces haven't been shipped either. I called customer service and of course was put on hold -- for a long time. Finally it ended the wait wth a message to leave a message for them and they'd call me. That didn't happen either. I ordered many items from the former version of this company and never had the first problem. This new version reeks of a scam.
Beware buyers, DO NOT get fooled into buying from Bidz. They DO NOT deliver, nor do they respond to emails asking where items are. Bought a few items over a month ago, still no tracking on all my items, no response to emails, zilch, nothing!

Attention Bidz: Please have the good grace to fix my orders. Either ship out with VALID tracking code right now or refund. Do not simply reply here saying we are sorry. Instead deliver or refund immediately? If you deliver or refund and notify me you have done so via my email with proof I'll take this post down.
You do realise you are losing business this way. Had you stuck to your word and delivered as promised on Bidz you would have so much more business. Quit stealing and start being honest.

Paid for 3 items on July 9. No response from bidz for over ten days. Sent an email to enquire what happened to order. Reply from bidz that one item was sold out yet this same item was on auction just this week at a lower start price than that I paid for. The item closed with no bid. Bidz say they will refund the money (just the one item?) and no information on the other items. Very bad business practice. I wrote to ask for total refund and will definitely not buy from them again.
I was a buyer on Bidz when they first came online. I bought a number of very nice things at reasonable prices, sometimes total steals! BUT Then I bought a diamond watch for myself. The description was for 7 carats of diamonds. I paid $700 for it but that is not bad at all for 7 carats. When the watch arrived I could see immediately there wasn't 7 carats. I had it appraised at. 70 carats Less than a whole carat! It is a beautiful watch but it certainly is not worth $700.
Buy low ticket items sure, but not high dollar items.

I'm looking at some items, waited for the time to get closer to last second. Funny thing, how I want to shout, "who would be so crazy to raise up an item from a couple dollars to 10 times more. Let just say I'm looking at an item stay at 10 dollars and only couple minutes away, when it get to 2 minutes left, I would see some weirdos come in and kick high the price, unvelievable it would bring those item up at least 200 dollars more. BUT They never continue after they get to their number, and I finally reaserached and found out, so BIDZ cheated. They would have their employees come in at the last minutes, to raise the price from couple dollars to couple hundred, believe it or not, I've tried to jump from 10 dollars to 50 dollars but it wouldn't even worked, but looking at the history they bidded, it happen, from 10 to 100 dollars. Beware. I'm just so piss because 99 percent of the item is being played by bidz. I'm more surprise when ebay give free manufacture warrenty and bidz you have to buy. What else? They sky rocket all their evaluation, I've research for the same item, it would only cost less than a hundred on other online shops, but with bidz, their evaluation would shown 10 times more than what it worth. Yeah right, evaluation is being done by third party and got nothing to do with bidz? Common, I'm piss at the way you guys set up your system to have ur employee raise up the price and I'm feel so stupid to even looked into your site at the beginning,

None of the watches ran all dead batteries. Jewelry is cheap not close to what the price is shown to be. The stones are loose and one rings gallery was crooked. Won bid at $400. For $5,000. Diamond chandelier earrings. They are so tiny, can't see diamonds. This stuff comes from wal-mart or k-mart quality stuff if your lucky... cheap cheap cheap waste of money...

I bought a ring for 1500 dollars, it took about a month before they delivered it. I immediately took it to a gemologist who said it was a fair price, but its certainly not worth the $12,000 the certificate said was its retail value. I will not purchase any other items from them, they are just too shady. I really like the ring I bought but it was certainly not the value I was hoping for. I think those items that have a minimum price, like mine, are probably the fair market prices but anything over that is overpayment. No bargains here!

Just took delivery of our latest Bidz purchase. We previously purchased items when the site seemed more reputable and we were happy. However for our most recent purchase, the box was crushed beyond recognition. The bracket was supposed to be valued at $700 but it looks more like something you'd get out of a fancy gum ball machine. That's the last time they get any of my money.

They have about $1000. 00 of my money.
They have been lying to me about deliviry, saying they could not deliver an item worth $805.00 plus charges. There has not been a situation that there wasn't anyone at delivery address and I always get a message prior to delivery.
I am looking now for a possible police complain or any other actions I can employ. I understand it could be difficult to get my money back, but I would like to inflict as much damage to them as I can.

In the beginnings of March I have made purchase of a watch in Bidz.com.
Upon purchase time has been specified that the parcel will be sent within 5-7 days. After 10 days it was necessary to contact shop independently because no change in the status of my order happened. As a result have sent the order in 2 weeks.
I was given a track number, I began to trace a parcel. But the track number almost didn't change on the website of a post carrier. Many times I wrote to a support service of shop. And here at last, me a certain Amanda has answered. That it is necessary to fill a form for search of departure and if the parcel isn't found during the 15th business of days, then to me will make refund.("Please allow up to 15 business days for investigation of the missing shipment to be finalized Once completed, we will contact you to let you know if you we were able to locate the package or if we will be proceeding. With a refund"). The answer has been received on May 10,2016. After the 15th business of days, me was necessary to contact Amanda (Bidz.com) again. After a while I was answered that sldelat to me refund. But the most surprising that my money hasn't arrived on my credit card. And have got on my account in "stor credit". I have no desire to shop in this shop any more. But I can't receive the money back in any way. Many letters which I write to this shop just are ignored and nothing changes. I wanted to give a gift and counted on long delivery period (1-1,5 months), but I didn't count that will be so long. And I don't want to deal with this shop any more. Having read comments of other users on them I have understood that they shouldn't be trusted. Those prices which they specify MSRP, they don't exist at all, they are strongly overestimated.
