Last October and November I was shopping for Xmas presents on bids, big mistake! The company took my money and didn't send my items. They kept telling me they were on the way and kept me from calling my bank in a timely matter. They continued to tell me that they were 'taking care of it.' They took $3000 dollars from me. If you buy anything from them and don't receive it, call your bank or credit card ASAP, they have a time frame.
I bought a precious wristwatch from this site on April 25th and after about a month I got this watch but unfortunately I discovered several malfunctions at this hour and contacted customer service and asked them to solve this problem and told me they would do it... but with Unfortunately, they did not respond to my many messages. They did not care about solving this problem as they promised me, and I still send them messages, but I do not get any response... Is this company worthy of being dealt with and it does not respect its promises and circumvents customers and does not give them their rights... You will simply lose your money or you will get unsecured goods Use
Serious company, prompt replies in any cases. I won and bought my two bags and one purse on Apr., 6th. After they confirmed the tracking number, I was waiting for one week. Then they sent me an e-mail and informed me the purse was not on stock. So I agreed for shipping of my two bags only. Ive got my purse-refund in one week, and bags arrived in two weeks only. So it took 3 weeks in general since I placed my order. BIDZ is highly competitive because they give you a chance to choose in between very expensive, middle-priced and cheap stuff. So, BIDZ, no doubt!
Made a purchase in the middle of april, after week I was informed that one of the items were unavailable and I was asked if I want that the rest of the order to be shipped out? I agreed and they sent me the partial order and issued a refund for the item which wasn't available I should mark that I had to wait for refund almost three weeks. Funny that the order was delivered faster that they issued a refund but that's not the problem as long as the company communicate with the customer. I am fully satisfied with service they provide and products I have received.
I made a purchase December 27.2017. Contacted bidz.com several times leading up to may about the status of my order. Every time a received a generic response stating that the supplier was back ordered and I would receive my order shortly. After submitting another complaint ticket (7 in total) I received a response claiming I needed to dispute the charges with my credit card company for a refund as I was not receiving my order as bidz.com was not doing business with that supplier any longer. My order was cancelled. I contacted my credit card company to find out it was past the 119 days they allow for a dispute. Bidz.com well no longer respond to my questions. I have lost $500 to bidz.com.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Bidz.com. If you do please be advised you well need to dispute your payment with your credit card company within 119 day.
Blatant Scam.
Yesterday I have received my thirth order from bidz. Two of them came with delay but I wasn't surprised about that I am ordering many thing from e-shops and delivery delays occurs quite often. But products I have ordered from bidz didn't disappoint me. They were delivered in perfect condition. All Items that I have purchases are from their sales I have tried to win products from auctions but it took too much time for me also in my opinion prices on sales are sometimes even lower than on auctions.
I love the process of bidding itself. Value is okay and it corresponds with the quality. Bidz.com gives an exciting purchase. Just fell when to stop with the bidding. Goods are very beautiful, indeed. Also I havent had any complaints about time od delivery and packaging.
I have been a customer of Bidz for over 15 years and love them. But now their shipping is getting too expensive. It used to be a small charge per item and now it is a basic amount. TOO EXPENSIVE when you are only paying a few dollars per item.
I have accidentally found bidz last month.
From then I have already placed two orders. The first one was delivered in less then two weeks and I love what I have received. Items were gently packed and in perfect condition. Will definitely buy from them again.
I paid in march, friday they told me they can't delivery my items because their partner was not correct, but the same items i bought are now in auction, at my question nobody answered, the same method used with other customers, in italy we have a name for this behavior
Had some issues with my order delivery. Few days after my item was shipped out on tracking site I have noticed that it's going on the wrong direction.
I asked bidz what's going on?
CS specialist contacted them and after few days my item was delivered. I am really thankful to them for don't leaving customers alone in situations like this.
Being a model, I highly need some changes in my style. Believe me, that happens very often. So I am grateful to you, guys. I am grateful for this possibility to get what I really want for reasonable prices!
I have purchased many things from bidz. Of course had some issues time by time. But I have received all items I ordered. Last purchase two weeks ago and it's already delivered. I am satisfied with bidz service.
I ordered 4 different things in March and still haven't received anything. I received a reply first that said the shipping was delayed and did I want a refund or to wait for the items. Of course I wanted to wait. 2 weeks later I email them again and they tell me that they were sorry but the items wouldn't be shipped and I should ask my BANK for a refund of the money. Really? I'm gonna keep posting bad reviews and take this as far as I'm able. Totally ridiculous.
Ordered gems on here over a month ago, itme not recieved and was told to cancel my order and call my bank for a refund? Shouldn't they give the refund if item doesn't arrive? They then told me they regret to inform me they can't give me the item. THEN WHY DONT I HAVE MY MONEY?
I wrote a review a couple weeks ago and gave 1 star. After paying for my items in March and still not receiving them a month later, I got an email from someone named Grin from Bidz. Make a long story short, he said they had new vendors and could ship different items or maybe the same. They couldn't give me a refund, which I was really upset about, so I asked him to credit my Bidz account for what I had paid. He did that the same day, so I went to auction and found the exact same watch I had ordered before and won the bid. It was like 10 bucks cheaper and says will ship in 5-7 days. We will see. The same day, which was yesterday 4/18/18, I also made an offer on a pair of sunglasses, it was accepted and it actually shipped out today according to tracking number. Maybe they are trying to do better. I guess we will see. I hope so. Do better Bidz because I have loved your site for almost 10 years.
For half year (from beginning of October 2017) and up to present time (end of March 2018) this scams do not return my money ($2,179.80) for non-existent goods in their stock.
Customer Service impossible to reach -- not with published in internet phone or email.
Never trust this company and never purchase from them any thing!

Waiting on deliverly if ever.

Not unless you want to hand your money over and not receive your items.
With delay after delay after delay and excuses plenty of them!
Oh thats when they can be bothered replying to your email.
Then you ask for your money back and you don't get it just excuses.

I ordered a watch from Bidz. After many months of waiting I got a letter from them that it was on its way, It never arrived. I contacted them and they said once it goes out they dont refund,
I also ordered a man's watch which wasnt what I wanted. Followed their instructions on how to return. Got extra insurance at the post office and they advised me that Bidz had received the return but now 3 months later Ive received no refund,
The tracking notice that they sent showed about 20 stops all over the USA and Im very curious about how the company does business.
Dont be sucked in by this company. It is a scam in my opinion based on my experiece,
