I love deals! So you can imagine how happy I was when I found this site. The shipping took some time, but my products came in perfect condition! Ordered a scarf, books for the kids and some shoes for the kids. I'm not used to sites like these - where shipping is about 3 weeks. However, I called customer service and the girl who helped me was SO sweet! She explained the process of their shipping and how the company worked. I would totally shop Totsy again despite the longer shipping times. So worth the wait when you're getting items for MORE than half off. Thanks Totsy <*******

I've ordered from this site a few times, and each time I've waited over 3 weeks to get my items, with no update communication from the website. In addition, I tried to buy a VOUCHER that clearly stated in the description that the redemption code would be EMAILED. Then when I went to check out, thank god I noticed they were charging me $7.95 SHIPPING! For an email!? This is probably the last straw for me. I also do not like how everything is final sale. Every single item I have been interested in during the 2 years I have been a member has always been non-returnable. This is just not possible with little kids. I'll stick with Hautelook and Gilt from now on. At least they have return policies on their kids items.

I've ordered at least 5 times from this site already and each time I have received the product I ordered. Yes, the first time, which was about a year ago it took forever and day to get my package, but I noticed especially in my last order that their shipping times are way better. I shop through a lot of private sale websites (I'm dealaholic ;)) and I think that they measure up well to the rest of them, plus they really have good deals and lots to choose from, although I feel that sometimes they repeat their sales, but I guess it's good for those who don't shop as often as I do!

One of my friends told me that she googled them and found some bad comments about the company, but I guess it's normal, when you're happy you have no reason to vent :) So I decided that I would do something nice for them and write a positive review, since I want to be able to continue shopping their deals. So here I am!

Order took three weeks from order date to receipt. Quite long but not terribly so, and acceptable based on their business model. An email to the company through the contact form on their website was answered in a couple of days - acceptable. The rep stated that they aggregate all of their orders and then send it to the supplier so orders are not shipped until sometime after the sale has ended which explains the extended shipping time.

This particular order is another issue. I ordered two sets of 2 Slap Happy watches for $20 per set. At $10 each it seemed to be a good deal though not exactly the 50%-70% (I forgot the exact number) discount from retail that they advertised. The item description clearly stated it was a set of two but in actuality it turned out to be one watch with an extra band. Now it doesn't seem like a good deal after all at $20 per watch with an extra band. How to split two watches between three girls is going to be a challenge

I believe I was a victim of fraudulent advertising since I did not receive the "Set of 2" watches that was advertised. Although I would hazard to guess that Totsy had no ill intentions but may have done a sloppy cut and paste job in the item description, I still believe I am entitled to the remedies requested.

I have contacted the company and requested either additional watches or a refund of half of the purchase price and will post the results of the communication here.

In summary:
1. The company seems to be legit - notwithstanding my problem above the items were as expected and well packed.
2. Expect extended shipping times so do not order if you need the items quickly. They order all items from the manufacturer and it goes to Totsy first and then to the customer.
3. Prices are reasonable though not near the claimed discounts. If you look hard enough you can most likely find the items at simliar prices from online retailers who will ship them faster than Totsy.
4. So far my emails have been answered in a reasonable time period and the responses were coherent and seemed to be written by someone who actually speaks English well and understood my question.
5. Read the descriptions carefully, expect long shipping times, and hope the item is as expected!

I have ordered twice from them. The first time it took over 6 weeks to get the item and it was ripped and looked worn. When I tried to return the item it was like trying to break into fort knox. So many rules and hoops to jump through. Not very user friendly. The second time I ordered I got duped by a coupon code. I should never have ordered but the same sh#t happened again. Only order if you like getting used items and getting them months after you order. Would rather shop on ebay.

I have placed several orders with them, all but the last were fine. I bought a double stroller. Credit card was charged, despite Totsy not shipping my order. I received 2 different e-mails that the stroller was in the warehouse, but someone had to go physically make sure it was there. Then, when I finally (10 weeks after placing my order) received a refund, they didn't refund the shipping cost. I will NEVER use this site again. A complete and total sham! DO NOT trust ordering from this site. I will be reporting to BBB and listing terrible reviews on any and every site I can find. Worst on-line buying experience EVER!

This company didn't send the product in the 3 - 5 weeks stated but in 8 weeks. They didn't give me my $15 referral credit for 4 months. Currently I am waiting for a pair of shoes, 7 weeks. At 6 weeks they said they were in the warehouse ready to ship now at 7 weeks they are no where in site. You can not contact them by phone and they send out automated responses to emails. Horrible company! But don't take my word for it, look at their facebook page where there are many other comments of the same.

After placing my order, I did not receive a confirmation number. The charge did go through my credit card and six months later, I still have not received the item. I have attempted to contact the company via phone and email. The initial response was promising, apologies for a troubled system and would I like a refund or the item. That was the last word. I have since disputed the charge with my credit card company who was kind enough to refund my money even though the dispute period had expired. Numerous follow up's have gone unanswered.

There are several problems with this site -- quality and size of merchandise is often purposely misleading and the shipping costs are outrageous. The cost for shipping is about 3 times what a legit site would charge. There is a tiny disclaimer about the size of the item based on the photo that says the photo may be enlarged 30X to see the detail. About the only thing you can be almost sure of is the size of watches. Everything else is in metric or carats with no consumer-friendly guidelines. The quality is questionable since the suggested manufacturer's retail is usually more than the item would cost at a local department store. Service is ok as long as you read all the fine print and are willing to pay non-bargain prices.

This website looks great until you actually order. I have been waiting for my items for 6 weeks. 2 weeks ago I sent an email and was told that the items were arriving (either they have or they have not- not clear) and would be ready to ship the following week. Then at the end of the following week, I emailed again. This time I was told that they are currently sorting the order from that manufacturer (which btw is a local company and they did not even know about the event so not sure where these clothes are coming from) and the items would ship "towards the end of the week." Needless to say, that was last week and now noone seems to answer my email. After the 4 weeks had passed, I looked up some reviews. They are horrible! Wish I read them before ordering... I ordered 2 months in advance of needing the clothes- for my son to wear for preschool. Hopefully, the items will arrive soon- or a refund! Really, I just want the company to be honest and say they are shortstaffed and slow or the items were not really available... whatever- just the truth.
