Placed an order on April 4,2018. Paid express shiping through Paypal, received a fake tracking #. Sent numerous emails and no answer. Yall betta send mi item or sen back mi money
I ordered a lace front wig from this company and they sent me a cheap synthetic wig. It does not look like the pictures. I think they stole the pictures from other companies. It took them forever to send me the wig too. Don't buy from them!
They took forever to ship out my order and then when I received it it was some cheap synthetic wig that looked nothing like what I ordered! This company is a total scam. Based in China and you cant talk to anyone via phone. They dont respond to emails either. Please dont waste your money!
I ordered and it took over a month to come. Then it was nothing I ordered not even remotely close to it. Sent emails and nothing don't waste your time.
Is this business a SCAM? I have sent numerous e-mails to these people as to why I haven't received my order as of 19 April 2018, NO REPLIES. And the money has already been withdrawn from my checking account. Something should be done to these people for false advertisement and stealing people's money.
I placed an order 4/9/18. Still no emails about my order being shipped. I've emailed them three times. No reply. After reading everyone's review, I reported them on Facebook and the BBB.
This site is a total scam I am in the process of reporting this site https://biccshop.com/ to the BBB and I have already posted it as spam on facebook. Here is My situation First off They advertised a video of A full upper Front set and a Full upper bottom So I Thought I Was receiving this, So I Waited the three weeks and what I received was not at all what I ordered or what I thought I was ordering but what I received was two upper partial (heat up in water an attach to the front of your gums basically junk no support nothing) So now im frustrated so I email them about a refund and lo and behold this company has gone "code we dont reply to emails" I have not received any responses about this junk that I have not even opened. Buyer Beware! Total scam if you are reading this mark it as spam on Facebook and report to the BBB lets get scammers off the net!

I ordered from them an havent got any update on my things an now im worried i wont get them an spent over 70$
I purchase back in March and I haven't received my order or shipping confirmation email. I also paid for speedy delivery which obviously didn't happen.
I have contact Biccshop through email, whatsapp, and never received a reply. I'm starting to believe the comments online about the shop being a scammer and I'm left to dispute purchase with bank since order was never received. Which is so messed up because i was totally expecting my hair. OMG ladies please beware!
This is a beauty shop that sells hair products, flat irons, wigs, etc. I ordered a flat iron from them and decided the next day I didn't want it. In an email I was told my order may be in the process of it coming from the warehouse and they couldn't cancel it. No email was sent to let me know It has been processed. It took 19 days to get here. I requested a return ticket and have not received it even after I got the merchandise. Do not order from them. They have zero customer service skills. This company I later found out is in China. As of March 26th, no return ticket issued even tho they said I could return it. Still waiting even after my email to them on the 21st.
