I'm having the same problem

This website is obviously a SCAM! Please let people know so they do not get stuck.

This Site Sucks. Not at all BUSINESS Professional. No Customer Service. No Number to be Reach at all. Well I haven't been able to reach them. Will never order from them AGAIN. Then You pay for Speedy Shipment and that's not happening. I FIGURED I'LL GET THE WIG AROUND XMAS OR WHO KNOWS MAYBE NEW YEAR! I SHOULD'VE LISTEN TO A FRIEND WHO ORDERED FROM HERE AND NOT ORDERED SHIT##OH THANKS FOR THE TRACKING NUMBER THAT JUST SENDS YOU THROUGH A MILLION LOOPS AND YOU STILL DON'T GET ANY CLOSER TO KNOWING WHERE YOUR ORDER IS!

Omg I swear I thought I was the only one having this problem. I ordered 6 days ago and I haven't gotten tracking info or nothing. I've emailed them 3 times and still no response. I'm like dang let me check out the reviews, and low and behold, everyone's going through it. Smh I hope I don't have to go through a dispute with the bank. I really actually want the product.

Just ordered yesterday an now having sec thought should i be worried abt never getting the things i paid for?

I ordered because of a commercial on facebook. This is a joke! I wanted an LED projector "HD142X 1080p 3000 Lumens 3D DLP Home Theater Projector × 1
Black / 1080P" - for 59,- USD
- i received a mini projector which is not worth half the price i´ve paid! What a mess of time and - of course - money.

Do not order anything. They send rubbish that is not as shown in the pictures! Thats if they send anything at all!

My Daughter seen the ad on face book. I posted that face book is help them scam us i think were ever you seen the ad let them no what going maybe someone from facebook will talk to BICCSHOP and we may get some answers cause really i don't think they want scam ads on there web and u agree i ready posted on facebook that this company Biccshop is scamming peoples i no that facebook does want that cause that make face look bad so let let see if that work and maybe we will hear something from that dam company we don't have money to give TO BICCSHOP

I ordered the wig on April 2 and did not receive it until May 3. They sent me the WRONG wig. Please don't buy from these people. They scammed me and several others from what it looks like. I went on youtube and saw that people received the wrong wig just like me. THERE IS NO LACE! THERE IS NO 360 PARTING! There is NO PARTING AT ALL ACTUALLY! I AM SO HURT!

I ordered from them too. A lace front wig to be exact! April 1st and haven't received any information nor any answers and it's the 18th today! I only ordered one thing just to see how they were. I think They may be a fraudulent company! I have ordered from overseas before and never waited this long. Nor have I ever not gotten a answer before. The phone number is fake as well! I called the company and the phone just hung up. I contacted Facebook to let them know what happened. I know I'm not going to get my money back which sucks but I also don't want this to happen to anyone else... next time I'll just stick to using the wish app because at least I got what I ordered. It's really sad that these people, if you wanna call them that, do these things to innocent people. I hope they catch these basturds that are doing this. I'm pissed!
