I wish had read the before order, i order April 17,2018 i have not received my order yet send so many email asking why my order has not been shipped if had read all reviews i wouldn't be so pissed & mad@ myself i order the water wave also it look so pretty ijust keep looking and that send it and hope it look like pic. But now i see this company a Scam Company like thisneed be to stopped. My hair is thinning in top like most senior citizen so my was on fb and she forward the to me and just fell for that wet & weavy and human hair@ that price i wanted to order three@ price i knew better so next week im going to let the Bank get my money back. And my Daughter Said Don't do it Mom & my Granddaughter Said same cause they read review myGranddaughter is one of the lace front Queen lol. I dont have money to give to this Company fake $#*!. Didn't listen, when i did read all of the bad reviews this company really got over on Peoples. The two and fews adds up i usely read reviews just wanted that wig none of us use r common sense human hair wigs that cheap it was the pics. I live on a fix income (aka Broke Income) im glad i didn't now i c. O yes if notice they r popping up with under a new company web and it the same 60% off on human hair wigs im so Pissed Off they need to glad that some of us can't affore to go to shop in China i will never order anything else from China but Chinssen food. I hope we al get r money back. I still would like to have that pretty wet& wavey human not the fake and ugley just ugley. They r making money now they r using a differnces names. Im so Mad & Pissed and them people r taking our money in usa state and in China WOW when submiting they have the nerve ask for a rateing HELL to the NO THEY DIDN'T

Wow! They sent me two bob wigs. Not the lace front that I order never again. I really hate i spend my money on this $#!^^ never again!

I've made an order here and they charged me and never sent it in. Nor do they answer my emails or are helpful when it comes to contacting them on the phone. Only after purchsing did I come to the reality that its a second hand sale type of company. A sort of middle man that is re-saling items from China. Which at first I felt a bit tricked since the items I bought were somewhat adverstised for an American company. Only later to find out that its a seller from China. No items ever received. Bad service. You could be next. AVOID.

I am so so upset! I ordered the 3RD ANNIVERSARY PROMOTION - 360 FULL LACE HUMAN HAIR WIG Versatile Carefree Natural Deep Wave 60% OFF and I did not receive the "wig" until an entire month later. The tracking was fake and never updated. It came randomly, and when I opened it, all excited for my first ever lace front wig, let alone 360 parting, what I received was nothing but trash. There is NO LACE. There are NO PARTS. I am so hurt! I spent $56.88. I am a hard working college student who also works full time! I take care of my sick mother too! How can they do this to people? This is so sick! They don't respond either. Why haven't they been shut down? I need my money back! I am so so hurt! I posted pictures below of what they sent me. Please, if anyone is sewing them and has a lawyer, I want to give my testimony too. Please. Someone stop these sick people, but I did learn a lesson from this: always google before you buy online, because the reviews on their page are as fake as the wigs they are sending us! I wish I could find the wigs they pretend to sell. I really want that wig.

I waited over a month for two "lace frontal" wigs. The hair was suppose to be real human hair and it wasn't. No lace either. The parting was so artificial looking and the hair was already tangled! Instead of a lace front it was thick, cheap fishnet material! There is absolutely no way to wear it or try to make it look real. The "babyhairs" were placed about a half of an inch away from the rest of the wig's hairline. There was no pay to pluck the hair to look natural when there was that gap of missing hair to separate the baby hair. By far one of the worst wigs I have bought so far. Returning this asap. Complete waste of my time. Oh, and the pics and videos they use to advertise their wigs are not theirs. They must come from other wig companies. Them using the pics they do is false advertisement because their wigs are made are artificial, plastic looking hair and looks horrible. Don't fall for their false advertisememt.

I ordered 2 wigs at the end of May. I received one of the wigs last week and was totally disappointed. I haven't received the other yet. They should be ashamed but anything for a dollar. It's not even worth shipping back to them. Don't order from them. The wig I got was terrible. I'll stick with my supplier on Aliexpress.

I ordered 3 wigs march 31st. Go on the website it shows order is unfulfilled as of April 29th. I have emailed no response. You cant call because if you do the automated system person doesn't speak English. I received no tracking number. I will never order from none of these websites again. Better off paying more money for better quality in hair and customer service. I went a website call wowafrican.com. 2 days later I received an email stating they are working on my order and then send me updates. I had to call my bank and put in claim. They returned my money. This website needs to be taken down. I don't do wigs and the first time I try it I get scammed.

My story sounds like everyone else's on here. First of all I waited almost a month to receive this trash... I ordered the water wave Peruvian lace front wig and received a CRAPPY SYNTHETIC curly wig that was NOT A LACE FRONT at all! I wouldn't put something like that on my head if you paid me! I've seen some cheap ugly wigs before but THIS ONE IS THE WORST I'VE EVERY SEEN! I can't believe that this company still remains! I want to get them back some how - I'm PISSED!
