Every lens and other precious piece has come well wrapped and in good working order. Though, the return process is easy if something were to go wrong. This is the best place to get your equipment.
My association with B&H goes easily 30 years back. I used to visit their store on 17th Street in lower Manhattan. Shopping by mail couldn't be easier and on those occasions where I need to rush into the city, through the Lincoln Tunnel, it's a breeze with their convenient and safe free parking.

I ordered a Macbook Pro on 26th December 2018 and paid extra 25$ for 2 day guarantee delivery. But the order was put for verification for 6 days. And finally after lot of calls and mails it was cleared by verification department on 31th Dec. But the order has not been shipped yet.

I have been purchasing numerous items from B & H for the last several years. This includes online ordering mostly and purchasing at the NY shop some times. It has always been a happy experience. Delivery of online orders has always been on time.
Have used B and H for many years and they always have what I want or need usually with free shipping and have occasionally needed to return a few things with no hassle. In seven years I have never had any problems.
B&H has been my go-to supplier of photographic equipment for several decades. The buying experience has always been positive, and I have never encountered a "surprise" in the deal (which unfortunately I did many, many years ago when shopping with other online dealers). B&H is where I bought my gaming notebook PC, also. And if I ever try an Apple Mac, this is where I will buy it from. They continue to be a great place for my business.
I've written a review for B&H every time I've checked out with them. It's always a pleasurable experience. I keep seeing a lot of 1-star reviews, and honestly I don't understand why. I have literally NEVER had an issue with B&H. I've been using them for nearly 5 years now, and started back in 2014 when I first started taking photography classes in college. This is hands-down the BEST photography site to get anything from, ESPECIALLY for college students.
