It is so easy to drill down with the search options and get to exactly what I need. Prices are the best and the quick delivery is beyond belief! Never any problems at B&H.
Been ordering for years thru B&H. I got to use my reward money by not going thru PayPal. Don't understand that. I'll feel good if my order arrives on time. I don't understand their shipping carriers deciding to hand off my orders to the USPS to deliver to me when the USPS is 2mi. From my house. I always get my orders undamaged but the shippers usually throw me a curve ball!
I've been buying from B&H for decades. I've lost track of how many cameras (and other optics) I've bought from them for myself and other family members, but definitely more than 10. Reasonable prices, outstanding support, prompt delivery, excellent information and tremendous selection on website, etc. etc. If I have a question about a product I know I can call and talk with someone who has real knowledge. B&H is a truly professional outfit.
I've shopped here online several times over the years. Never been disappointed. Easy to find what you want, easy to order, with great service and free shipping. Plus they have everything and a great catalog.

Best online source of photo gear IMO... the source I choose 95% of the time. Over 20+ years of buying from them, they've proven to be responsive and helpful. Only on a couple of occasions was there a glitch with an order, and they responded appropriately.

Not sure if it is B&H's storage issue or Motorola's factory packaging issue, but recent item arrived full of smudges and rubber cement traces. Not sure should stop buying products from B&H or stop buying Motorola products.
It is easy to find what I need, at a reasonable price and I get in a very timely manner. I have also called and inquired of products and find Customer Service very helpful and knowledgeable.
Online order is easy to do. I always order my Kodak 9810 print paper and they always come on time when I needed it. I always buy my camera equipment to this place and they are very prompt when it comes to delivery.
In dealing with the folks at B&H - pre-sell / sell / or returns processing - They are always professional and courteous. 99% of the time they have the answers for my questions.

B&H is one of the best & most reliable companies I've ever dealt with. They list new items at the same time as Apple. They even ship it as early as apple does.
BH is the best. Because they provide a vast quantity of merchandise. I always need to do research to find solutions to problems. There is not better place to go online. The site provides a huge body of knowledge and the staff are always a great asset. Especially with online chats. I'm just entering into product photography. I'm a grad student attending Denver University Online. I should have a Master of Science degree in 2020 and my studio is coming together very nicely. Some really great images are just starting coming out it. I love B&H.

Answer: ANy refurbished item we sell has been refurbished by the manufacturer or official US distributor, Nikon USA or Canon USA etc. Other used items are each rated on a numeric scale and we tend to be conservative so customers are not disappointed.
