While purchasing a camera Backpack from my fiend, B&H Photo simply took my business name from PayPal and attached it to the my friend's shipping address. Now it's not getting cleared from customs cause there is no address proof for the shipping address with the name of my business. The delivery service DHL also understood my problem and told me to get a new invoice with my friend's name and to send a letter mentioning the change. The B&H Photo straight refused my request. Now my product got stuck at customs and will be destroyed after 30 days. My $149 is gone now.
I have never asked B&H to include my PayPal Business Name with my shipping address. Even PayPal is showing the shipping address without my PayPal business name.

I wanted to include a soft or hard case for my New KenKo extension tubes with order for free shipping and what he wanted me to buy i didn't like so the on line help said he needed more time to research it, so now i have to pay shipping for it. So I cancelled order. Guess he was to busy to take the time to help me at this moment.

I've purchased many items through B&H, including some used items and I have never had a problem. The prices are good and they ship quickly across the country to California. The sales tax add on is unfortunate but that seems to be the case for all online retailers now. If you need electronics then B&H is the place to shop.

Shipping, no out-of-state tax applied, items with reviews, and being an authorized dealer of certain merchandise; these are the kind of things that matter to me. When I buy from B&H, I know I'm buying directly from them, not from some random seller in distant plains disguised as B&H.
For the kind of things I usually buy from them, they're really good for. For example, I recently lost my phone in an Uber ride. It's as good as lost, they driver can not care less; almost no chance of recovery. B&H let's me choose their financing option so I can pay it off for an affordable monthly payment, and save myself from being charged interest.
