Very fast to order new battery for my camera. Web site easy to navigate. I was able to find the new battery for my D500 in a matter of minutes. Only took me another couple if minutes to check out. Very fast and easy to complete the process.

Please see 'Title'. Yeah - sometimes I've found a skosh less cost on eBay or elsewhere, maybe a skosh, maybe not, but B&H has been so good in their pricing, service, returns, and used item processes - it's hard to shop for photo gear elsewhere. If I could invest in their business model and in their firm - I would!

B&H is probably one of the best, if not the best store regarding photo and video equipment. They have more items than most and the prices are decent. Customer service is great. Highly recommended.
