I recently ordered a new lens and chose to have it shipped to the location of my Labor Day weekend vacation, anticipating doing a lot of shooting in the shore town where I was headed. Sadly, B&H chose FedEx as the carrier and the lens never arrived to me by my departure date. I made several phone calls to B&H customer service, which only ended in more frustration met with their curt apologies. Nothing was offered by them to make it right.
Free shipping and easy ordering is what I like about B&H. I have ordered a lot of items and will order more in the future.

Items are easy to find online and also it is easy to filter out items. I have had a few problems ordering items before...(mostly my fault) and the sale/customer service was very helpful and friendly. Much appreciated their understanding.
