I have be dealing with B&H Photo since 1994 and they have been good for far with their ordering and photo knowledge. I had one mix up on product order and they helped get it straighten out and sent correct item even though it took a few calls. All these years dealing with them when needing camera equipment has been really great to this time frame. Would and always recommend them to others seeking photo equipment and help to this day.
I started a film business in 2017 and since then I've bought about 95% of my gear through B&H and the experience has been a great! They mostly have what I need, sometimes with even better options than other places and with savings, and if for some reason the gear does not turn out to be what we needed they've allowed us to return it to get our money back. There are a lot of companies/business that are frustrating to deal with online or over the phone but B&H makes it easy! Their staff is knowledgable and helps with good recommendations when I'm searching for particular items. You always want to know that you're taken care well when spending a lot of money and these guys do exactly that!

Ordered the wrong lens, get cancelled quickly and without any issue, gift code reissued back to me quickly. Re-order the correct one, re-apply gift code no issue. Everything goes smoothly.
I couldn't find it elsewhere. The manufacturer said to go to B&H. I did. It took less than a minute to complete the order. I am in Maryland and wouldn't be surprised to hear the delivery truck pull up at any minute. B&H has never let me down.
