I've bought multiple things from B&H, and have never been disappointed. I'd FAR rather buy from them than Amazon.

I have purchased multiple items from B & H over the years. From cameras, to tripods, to lenses, I find B & H provides high-quality products and service. Not only do they offer some of the best prices for these products, but shipping is free. I'm writing this before I receiving my newest order, but in previous orders, the products were well packaged and arrived in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend B & H Photos.

I couldn't check out with pay pal. Kept getting a session timed out and asking me to log back in. Kept going around in circles and never would let me purchase!

Can usually find a decent price at B & H Photo. I have not had to return any items yet, but I am hoping that customer service will reach out and see if they can assist those past customers who had some issues.

My sound-card died on my laptop, tried everything to fix it. Decided to get a USB card. Went to my computer parts supply store, then decided to see if B&H carried any. I purchase all my Camera and video equipment even since I move out of NY from B&H. Sure enough they had several quality options and even better prices. Done!
