I've never had any issues purchasing photo or computer gear from B&H. They nearly always have the lowest prices, have free shipping, and great customer service as well. I purchased some security cameras for our office, then found out upon receipt that I had ordered the wrong model... they shipped out the replacement model before I had even sent the others back, and credited me in full upon receipt of the wrong ones... I always check with B&H first!

I thought I had an issue with a drive and they processed the RMA with no hassles at all. I did further testing and it turns out it was the equipment it was hooked up to, not the drive. I emailed them to cancel the RMA and again, they responded quickly and professionally. Now I'm buying 4 more the drives for rotating backup purposes. FWIW, I would rather deal with a smaller business than Amazons or Wallyworlds when I can. The price on the drives matched the big-A's price and shipped them for free (without making me join a $100/year prime service). Why wouldn't I buy from them?
