Last my order from you and your support is worse than amazon. HDD stop to work later contact your support response come late and no any help got just asked contact manufacturer. Manufacturer doesn't want to fix product bug. When I purchase from amazon they care feedback of their customer, immediately push manufacturer to replace bad product. Hope you can understand and improve customer satisfaction.

Having dealt with B&H for the last decade at least, I've never had a single issue. Film offerings have expanded to include more films that I'd never find on the shelf of any camera store near me. Consistently been able to supply me with the products I need for my research and workshops.
Hello. I do love BHphoto. They have everything I need except humus. I do like humus. Why don't they sell humus? I do not know. But I do know if they did sell humus then BHphoto would have EveryThing I need. But hey, no one is perfect, right? But BHphoto is real close. Be safe and take care of the world. I used to buy all my camera and video equipment from Amazon. In recent months, I've found that B&H Photo has a better selection, equivalent prices, and more reliable delivery times. They make everything easy.
B&H always has the best prices, the best service, and amazing customer service standards. I have shopped at all the big name camera shops, none of them compare to B&H. I often feel like I am cheating if I do as little as step foot into a different camera shop. A+++

Ordered masks but then got an email saying it was out of stock after i placed the order. Why did it take my order then? Next day though, i got an email asking if i wanted to order again because it was back in stock. I did. So we'll see...
