I have made a few purchases and returned a couple of items. So far so good. The website is easy to search and no annoying pop-ups. I ordered a power supply and gaming peripherals. Returns were no problem and I chose the gift card instead of cash because I will continue to shop B&H.

I've been shopping at B&H for several years now and cannot recommend them enough. I'm a creative professional in a rural area in the States, which means the closest camera store is 2 hrs away and has garbage selection & support. B&H has BOTH the best listings on the internet (and is amazing for product research & comparison); AND ALSO they have the best shipping around. Do yourself a favor & shop B&H!

Always on time. 90 percent of the time earlier. If owned a business I would benchmark with B and H. Do not save couple of dollars and take a risk to order. B and H every time for me.
