B&H is the best store I ever came across. Their customer service is EXCELLENT. Every time before I place an order, if I have questions about a product or anything, I call them up, and they help me so patiently. And I'm calling them a lot. When I place my orders I know I'm buying the right thing, cause they help me so much with the information needed, Thank you B&H

I won't buy anyplace else. I've tried Amazon and some of the "other" camera stores and none even come close to B&H.

The B&H web site works the way you would expect a good web site to work. Everything makes sense and interaction returns the result you imagine it would. Beyond that their pricing, in my experience, is consistently lower than others. Shipping, which can be a problem on some sites (I live in Mexico), is simple, fast priced well.

Otherwise, once added, similar to other online purchasing, i. E. very good.

Note: maybe I just simply dim, I'm 83.

I don't like 5-star reviews because they seem unrealistic but I've bought cameras, lenses and office cloud hardware from B&H and had zero problems with service, delivery or performance of purchases. I'm sure they have their issues from time to time, but my experience doesn't even allow me to rate them 4 stars because I have nothing personally to complain about.

They always have what I want at great prices. Great order turn around and shipping is great. I don't shop any other place.

I usually use B&H for routine supplies and items I don't need to see "in person" before buying. But whatever I purchase from them, and I've been buying from them for years, they are reliable, competitive in their pricing, and have never had a single problem with any of my transactions. All in all, good people providing good service. That's all I ask of any vendor.
