I have always been happy with the products bought from B&H. Today I bought computer speakers but have bought camera's, lens, and everything camera related only from B&H. They are helpful on the phone when you have questions and stand by the products they sell.

The entire process follows the logical steps. The majority of text is in capitals and with a large font. Easy to anticipate the next step. Very straightforward, with all the usual options (save card, address etc). Confirmation e-mail arrived very prompt.

B&H Photo is always my first stop for anything photography related. I find their site easy to navigate and their product descriptions are typically full of pertinent information. Their Customer Service Department is second to none. Not that I have needed them that much over the 8-9 years that I have been shopping here, but when I have they have always been very helpful and cordial.

Timing can be a pain in the wazoo. But glad they are there. Plan ahead and around Jewish holidays. If you have the chance- visit the Brick and Mortar joint in NYC.
