No matter if I call or use the online chat, the customer service at B&H is just the best. It's rare that I ever have a problem with anything I've ordered, and mostly it's been my error in ordering the wrong thing, but B&H is always extremely accommodating about helping me with returns and guiding me in the right direction. I think I ordered one thing through Adorama before going right back to B&H because the customer service just wasn't the same.
Received product in excellent condition. I mounted a 65" TV easily using the mounting screws, frame and clips provided. The stand is sturdy, good looking, is mounted on castors, hides all the wires and looks great in my family room.
