Prices are good and the selection is by far the best anywhere. In the years I have been buying here I have never needed to call customer service; everything has been handled online to my satisfaction.

I should have gone to B&H in the first place for a replacement lens cap for an older model camera. They have the best inventory. Regrettably, the listing wasn't comprehensive enough to tell me that the lens cap came with an attachment to the camera, so I ordered another one. At $2-3, it was no big deal, but I would have preferred a more complete description.

I love B&H, my go-to place for everything electronic/photographic. Great selection, fast shipping, great prices, and the few times Ive ever had to contact customer service, probably the best service of anyone Ive ever encountered.

They usually have every thing you could need but, like most big stores, you're just one of the thousands that shop there daily. You don't get that "we care about your business" feeling that you find in smaller shops.

B&H always makes it easy to find what I am looking for. Their filter system for finding certain items is top grade. If I find that I need help in ordering, the staff is always knowledgable and willing to help and give an opinion on products. Very good place to order from and they have never let me down.

The replacement battery grip was in good shape and arrived just fine. I am now using it in my practice.

This site is very easy to compare similar items with regard to features and price. The reviews are useful and present both the good and the bad things about an item. I frequently have to change the shipping address and the site makes it easy to ship to different sites and bill to another site.

I have never been disappointed in B&H. They have an excellent selection and excellent prices. Shipping is fast and inexpensive.
