Prices are good and the selection is by far the best anywhere. In the years I have been buying here I have never needed to call customer service; everything has been handled online to my satisfaction.
I should have gone to B&H in the first place for a replacement lens cap for an older model camera. They have the best inventory. Regrettably, the listing wasn't comprehensive enough to tell me that the lens cap came with an attachment to the camera, so I ordered another one. At $2-3, it was no big deal, but I would have preferred a more complete description.
