I have done several purchases over the years with B&H with great satisfaction. The products I've purchased have all been first class. Although I have not received this purchase I expect the same quality product. I've never had to use customer service. But I would hope they are as efficient as their web page. And the prices are competitive.

Everything I've ordered from B&H has been quality merchandise, as shown on the website, arrived well packaged and in a timely manner.

I've been trying to use a more local source, but they often don't have the items I need. I guess I just need to be more loyal to B&H. They almost always have what I need and they have excellent service.

The tech toy store for adults makes best buy look like a dollar tree in comparison. Just wish they had more locations I'm not going all the way to network to visit their wonderland of goodies.

I'm purchasing a nikon camera body, used. So I'll see how it turns out. The order process was extremely simple. Also, the return process was easy. Now I just want to see how close to the estimate they come.

I'd give 5 stars if they didn't not close on certain jewish holidays. I do order a lot and find shipping fast and service relatively friendly, unless trying to return item.

B&H website is super easy to use: it allows you to compare product features and prices. Once an item is selected, it is just a few clicks to place your order. As an old B&H customer, I will also say that if you are dissatisfied with your product, their return policy is extremely-friendly. I returned products only twice in 13 years of ordering but this is equally important when you purchase online.

Every time I call with a question I get a very helpful person who answers my question knowledgeably and precisely. I couldn't be a happier customer.

Checked many sources for this product and everyone wanted to charge $20 more plus shipping costs. My order with B&H was $20 less on each (2) items ordered plus FREE shipping. It was a much better buy with B&H, hands down... Thanks B&H for remaining an honest vendor.

I stick with B & H knowing that their prices are always competitive. I also know that if there is a problem, they will help me solve it. I can find even the most obscure items on their website... I'm too much of a "system freak"... finding even small adaptors, etc.

Shopping from Canada, their service is great. Customs clearance included in price before checkout so no surprises when item delivered. Very fast shipping, and great packaging to protect the items. Very good prices and great items selection always.
