Bought a large HDTV from B&H before Black Friday. Somehow, they got the wrong delivery address, then blamed it on me. Long story - it apparently was delivered to my old address, after I had updated my new address; they told me they'd re-route it to my new address, then failed to notify me that it was sent to my old address.
Use Best Buy.

For some strange reason, I still always research the price of what I need at other places. One of these days I'll figure out that's a waste of time because B&H always has the best products at the best prices.
Any time I've had to call with questions, their customer service has been quick and very helpful. They ship out super quickly too -- and no taxes if you're not in NY or NJ!

I've been searching the web for some specific items. Numerous stores were out of stock including Amazon sellers. I Googled the specific items and B&H Photo came up with the parts in stock along with FREE shipping. Looks like I have a new store to buy from.
I really like B&H both for their YouTube site and web site. I was first recommended the B&H site from other photographers, photography classes in College, and my Uncle who is a photographer. I have been impressed the quick speed of the shipping process, the selection, the fact that B&H sends their catalog fairly frequently after a purchase of an items. I have purchased my tripod, table top Quad-Skate dolly, monopod, lens skirt, plus many other items now through B&H. I learned about the Quad-Skate dolly and the Magnus DWF-2 Universal Tripod Dolly through looking through the B&H magazine. If it were not for those Magazines I probably would not have known about those devices. I also learned about the Lens Skirt through the YouTube lectures and one of the guest speakers recommended that as part of your photo gear use a lens skirt.
