Over the years I've bought cameras & equipment from B&H. Excellent in every way. I've also had to return a couple--just not what I thought I needed--and have had great service on that side. You can have total confidence in shopping this very professional store.

A recent delivery by UPS of a package of Epson papers was sent damaged beyond any use ( bent box and banged at corner- Further it was written up and classified as used in the invoice! I wish i had known that...
I am surprised of such... a first in my relation with B&H overthe years!

B&H does it again. Per usual I waited until last minute to upgrade my gear and I went to Amazon out of habit. Even with my prime shipping it would not get the gear needed here by the date intended. In stepped B&H. Quick search got me to the bag I needed and shipped to my door in 2-days, for FREE! All in under 5 minutes on the site.

Over the past 20 years or so all of my electronic and camera purchases were from BH. Price and service are great; value is assured. Human-answered phones are another retail super PLUS.

I was certain the price was a misprint because it was about 1/3 of the other prices - for the identical brand. I have found a new store to shop at. Thank you!

Order almost all my camera needs from B&H and have never had an issue with what I bought or when I have returns.

I purchased a laptop and couldn't figure out how to add 2 external monitors. The rep was so awesome and recommended a product and then I needed an additional option to extend my USB ports and he gave me another great recommendation. Great Service!
