For years whenever I needed a photo or video product or accessory, I immediately went to there B&H website and placed my order. Process are fair, delivery is fast, and if there is a problem their after-sale service is impeccable. My only wish is that I lived closer to NYC so I could visit the superstore!

I have been buying from B and H for decades and have always received the product(s) as described. I cannot even say that about Amazon. When I am buying pieces of equipment that must be compatible with other equipment I already own, it is crucial that the description of the items be accurate and current. My business depends on my gear operating at 100% accuracy. Because I can trust B&H to deliver the items exactly as expected, I go to them for all of my high ticket items as well as expendables. If you haven't purchased from them yet, you owe it to yourself to make them a part of your team. I really appreciate them for their commitment to helping all businesses, not just the big guys. Although they are not in my home state, I consider them a "local" store because they care about maintaining their reputation with their customers.

I have been buying from B&H Photo for our company for years and never once an issue. Great service and prices and I have compared.
I purchased a Pelican case with a free $50 gift card. I clearly made sure the gift card showed up during checkout - it was in the same line as the product. However, they did not send the gift card when the case was delivered. I contacted them and they refused to honor the full amount of the gift saying the price was higher and said they would send the gift minus the difference. I sent them the screenshots showing the price was still the same with the gift card with the current time. But they ignored them and keep saying the price was different. A week later when I reviewed my cart, the price was still the same and the free $50 showed as 2nd line. So it looked like they had a glitch in my order. But I still haven't received the gift in any amount after the last contact with them 2 weeks ago. It's so crazy that they love to lie and argue with a loyal customer for just $11 difference. They lied to BBB that it did not come with the gift card when I made the purchase. I WOULDN'T HAVE MADE THE PURCHASE IF IT HAD NOT INCLUDED THE GIFT CARD.
B&H is a reputable online company. I purchase most of my camera equipment and accessories from them. I had a nasty experience with another company because I thought they were supper cheap well needless to say the cheap becomes expensive. I will continue to shop with B&H forever after.

I used to order most of my gear from Amazon, but their shipping has become so unreliable that I pretty much only use them for stuff I can't find anywhere else. As a professional photographer and small business owner, I have come to appreciate the reliable service provided by B&H. When a shoot is on the line, I know I can trust B&H to deliver on-time, every time. Amazon has left me scrambling on more than one occasion, but B&H has always delivered as promised. They always seem to have plenty of stock on hand, which is more than I can say for my local camera stores, and their prices are very competitive. I rarely feel the need to contact their customer service or return an item, but when I have, they have taken care of me. I've been ordering from B&H for 10 years or so, and I have yet to have a bad experience.
I was referred to this site for a particular product (digital camera). It was exactly what I needed, and the price was fantastic. In fact, I ordered a similar product from another site for about the same price, but it didn't have any of the extras (SD card, charging cord, carrying case) that came with the one I got from B&H. I came back to the site and ordered another one today! Quick, easy, and a great value!
