It is easy to find a major product, however accessories are difficult. I went to select a Nikon Coolpix P900 and found it and a great selection of accessories. However, when I came back four days later, I could find the camera easily, but only a smaller limited list of accessories. If a person finds just the right accessory, WRITE DOWN ALL IDENTIFYING INFORMATION -- you may not be able to find it later.

Perhaps above all else I appreciate B&H Photo Video's high level of professional expertise and responsiveness when I have questions about products. I am assured by dealing with America's #1 photo video company that I will receive value. I might add that I have been a B&H customer for years.

I have purchased several camera and computer products through B&H in the last 8 or 10 years. They are always a little cheaper than elsewhere, even for "price controlled" products like Apple or Cannon. Free delivery and no taxes make them almost always the best price I can find. And, I got a free gift card with a recent purchase, which I used to get a new camera bag.

The App doesn't work good. I bought too many itens for a wedding and equipment doesn't arrive on time. And came part of the equipment, I had to go to best buy and buy.
