I have a restaurants and when i found out the hijacked google my business listing and contact them they never have an answer and keep saying manger will call me back which in weeks they did not. Google says they can not give me back my listing since they wont release it to me. On top they are not going to pay the orders that we got from them. I wonder how come the government did not shot them down and no class action lawsuit been filed. STAY A WAY AS A BUSINESS OR A CONSUMER!
Restaurants please dont sign up with this app. I used this app to order delivery. 15 minutes after the food was due I called the restaurant to find if there were issues. They told me BeyondMenu canceled the order right after I submitted it. I was not notified of any issues even though my phone number was correct on the order. After calling BeyondMenu I was told they attempted to contact me to confirm the order but canceled the order when they were unable to confirm. I received no calls, no voicemail, and only noticed the mail after this whole mess was over. BeyondMenu sucks. If you use them call the restaurant and confirm the order went in. If you are going to do that do yourself a favor and just order by phone. Worse service ever...

They are just bad people stealing money from restaurants as well as lots of consumers. Be caucious on using this company. My restaurant is under their platform and i just have closed businesses with them. And now they are witholding my funds and saying that that is comapny policy which they have no proof of and i have becer agreed on. And they dont even let me forward the addresses nor release the fund. They are just continously saying they are witholding funds to protact them from getting disbutes. Wow great. Please let other restaurant owners know that this company is a total scam. Also you have nothing to say about cistomer services as well since they just dont know what customer service is and they just habg up on you of they dont like you or your business. Becareful before calling them. Oh by the way. I wish i can give 0 star if there are options. And tell them that you dont want their online web page. They look dirty and so cheap. They will say its free nut its not. And also dont give them google plus page authorization because if you do, you are outta luck, you will never be able to get your google page back on your hand. They continously sending me a request but make sure to reject if you dont want your google page to be screwed up.

I was scared to use this because of so many comments stating its fraud... I ordered my food through this and it came within 45 minutes and my order was 100% correct... and to be honest you can have fraud just by ordering online from walmart lol hackers are everywhere...

I ordered food Friday night and it got there pretty fast and everything seemed great. I go to check my account on MONDAY morning and it said a payment in the amount of $372 was PROCESSING for Straight Talk Phone. WTF. Now I have to wait for my claim to be processed so I can get my money back. WHO THE $#*! DOES THAT. PIECES OF $#*!. DONT order from them! They willlll steallll your money.

This company is nothing but a scam. I have worked with restaurants in my area and all the owners of the restaurants have told me they have been scammed by this company. One of the restaurants in STL that BeyondMenu said accepted credit cards never did accept credit cards and I had to reject the charge due to false advertisement by BeyondMenu.

When we had an order problem, I called the restaurant. The restaurant basically told me to fly a kite. I called beyond menu and got nowhere either. Stay away from this service. They wont make things right. Theyll hang up on you and do nothing to solve the problem.

I was a little skeptical when I first ordered. I called the restaurant just to make sure I wasn't scammed after reading some of the online review. The had received my order and stated my food would be delivered in about 45mins. The food arrived quickly and was more than I could eat. I included a tip in my ordering. I wasn't sure if the tip would go to the delivery boy as I didn't have any cash on hand. Overall I'm very happy.

I ordered food with this company and waited almost 2 hours before it got to me. Apparently no one on that side of the screen told them when you take someones order you have to then report it to the restaurant (in a timely manner). Thinking it may have been a bad day I try them again this time I pay online with my card. Some lady calls me as soon as I push submit and starts asking questions like whats your name whats you address who is Robin. And then wants me to confirm all of this over the phone with her not the restaurant thats coming to my door. After asking for her supervisor because you dont need any personal information like that she stated the supervisor is not in and wont be able to take my call. I ordered a 13$ order of wings and for some reason they need extra info then what is asked on the screen... you already have my email card number and zip code why do you now need my full address maiden name and other non valid information for a freaking chicken wing. That wasnt a security issue that was them trying to hack my information. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

While we experience no fraud ( yet) the food we ordered was so bad as to be mostly inedible. As the BeyondMenu website had featured many four star ratings of this place, I was sure to leave a scathing 1 star review.
It was to all appearances, immediately deleted by the system. I was ripped off 100$ by being served horrific rancid food, and I was not even allowed to warn others about it.

This is some sort of Chinese scam company. They trick restaurants into paying for a website in which they collect credit card information from customers to do whatever they want with. After multiple times contacting the same representative and getting the same answer we are still unable to get a simple website taken off of the web. We are currently taking legal action to resolve the issue. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. IT IS A SCAM.

If you're hungry and want a reliable meal, this is NOT the place from which to order. Let me tell you why: until this week, I was a fan of China Moon. Their food is often tasty despite offering very small portions, and because the restaurant is located so close to my home, it usually arrives in under 30 minutes. But not tonight.
After waiting an hour and forty five minutes, I found out that the restaurant's printer failed to print my order from Beyond Order, and therefore the restaurant didn't process my meal. When I called Beyond Menu to complain, the customer service rep wasn't just unhelpful, but rude. She talked over my complaint, and when I asked for the complaint to be escalated to a supervisor she refused saying her boss would simply give me the same answer: they weren't willing to offer even a FREE appetizer for my now 2 hour wait for food that never arrived. I pushed however to speak with her boss and guess what? I've yet to hear from him/her. Am I surprised? Not at all. I suspect the service rep didn't tell a soul about my complaint because why bother? Customers don't count at Beyond Menu.
There aren't tons of delivery options in Deerfield Beach, but NOTHING can be worth waiting 2 hour s only to discover that dinner isn't coming and that no one at Beyond Menu cares--at all.
The rude and unhelpful customer service agent promised me a refund and believe me, I'll be carefully watching my VISA to ensure I receive it otherwise I'm reporting the business to VISA.
Stay away from this service folks. They're unprofessional and irresponsible.

Like what everyone else said, they create fake domains and steal your listing on Google and link the "order online" to their beyondmenu site, which actually has no connection to the business. This happened to my business and I am still working on how to fix it. SUPER SHADY!

Watch out with providing this company your credit card info-they will charge it several times over a few days-WATCH THEM and notify your bank of fraud when it occurs.

We only charge an order once, those other charges you are referring to might be those pending or authorization charges from your bank. They normally fall off within 24-48 hrs. Depending on your bank. However, on the check out page you have the option to choose pay thru BM or pay cash directly to restaurant. If you pay to BM online, we forward those tip payments, delivery charges and order amt to the restaurant every 1st and 16th of the month. They get BM payments bi-monthly. Now, if you choose pay at store or pay by cash at store, the system will not prompt you to enter a tip.
