This product is a waste of money! I do NOT recommend this product. My browns are just as thin if not more thin than when I started using this product.

A family member gave me this product, and I was really excited to try it. When I opened it, the product had exploded inside of the box. I contacted BMD about the issue, and they would not provide a new product. Really disappointing considering the price point for their products.

Will not buy their products again, nor recommend them, as BMD does not stand behind their products or their customers.

I purchased 3 jars of Dermal Repair Complex and 3 jars of Lift + Firm Sculpting Cream and it was a complete waste of my money. After using these products for 30 days, neither product reduced my wrinkles or firmed my skin texture. The Lift + Firm Sculpting Cream smells like it is spoiled and you can smell it all day after applied. The name of their products imply they are Medical Doctors and can be trusted, but in my opinion they are laughing at us all the way to their bank with our money.

I am a long time user of a variety of Beverly Hills MD products over the last 5 years. By far the dramatic results received were once I faithfully used 2 of their products together.

The Supplement Dermal Repair Complex and Lift and Firm Sculpting Creme used together have given my face neck and chest AMAZING RESULTS! I know it sounds to good to be true……but my chest deep lines are gone, my neck no longer looks like the skin is loose, it it firm and youthful looking again.
I should have taken pictures before using. Improvements began showing the 1st month. I began using the Dermal Repair Complex at the suggestion of my husband. By 4 months the transformation was super noticeable. I shared my results with my sisters and Mom and they started on the same regimen.

I know everyone's results can vary…. But this is the best face, neck & chest change I have ever experienced. I have tried so many products……hoping for a noticeable difference, usually to be disappointed. Most recently I tried DRMTLGY, which feels nice of skin but zero change in skin sadly.

I've learned to stop wasting money and only use skin care products that actually improves my skin.

BH MD are an outstanding organisation that are deserving of the kudos that they receive. Their extensive research is indicative of a company is progressive in terms of what they offer. They strive to improve what goes on their 'shelves' and lead the market in new and innovative discoveries. Impressive.

I have been trying to return an item that does not work for me (One drop rewind) since Sept 22nd, and now is Sep 28th and I have not received a response. I sent 3 emails in total explaining and It is a total scam, when you want to return the items and they do not reply to you.

I watched the (very long!) video and was fully committed to buy until I was put in a 'you are in a queue as demand is so high right now' waiting page. And then I see there are only 21 reviews, with the majority being negative. Shame on you for dressing up as doctors and making false promises!

I took it faithfully 3 months & it did NOTHING.
I missed refund by a few days & they refused refund.

I am going on my third bottle of Dermal Repair Complex and I have not seen any results yet. Which is very disappointing because I really feel that repairing the skin needs to come from within, from what you put in your body. Yet I do not think that this is the product that is going to do it. I will continue to take my last bottle and keep my fingers crossed.

I ordered two bottles of Deep Wrinkle Cream or Filler, which subtotal at $86. As I went to check out and offer popped up stating that I could get 3 bottle at $95. I thought this was reasonable and clicked to accept. It wasn't until after my order was processed (no review before this) that I realized that Beverly Hills MD charged me for the 2 original bottles at $86 and 3 additional bottles at $95. Who does this!

I contacted the company to explain that I was only interested in there deal if it left me with only 3 bottles of their product as opposed to 5. They wrote me back pretty much stating there was nothing they could do because the transaction had already been processed.

I will NEVER do business with this company again. I've warned my people to stay away from this stupidly unethical firm and now I'm warning you. Beware.

This company doesn't care about you, the owners somewhere on his yacht in the ocean laughing at all the people using their low quality products. They gave me an allergic and they couldn't even send a shipping label, I had to pay for it. Not even an apology. What a joke of a company, STAY AWAY!

I received the order, however was very cheap looking and the pills smelled horrible. I tried contacting customer service for a refund and didn't get any help. I was also concerned they were going to do auto-shipment although I do not want auto--shipment so wanted to confirm that I would get no additional products but was unable to get confirmation. I wouldn't order this, it is cheap looking bottles and looks like some crap from a cheap company over seas. I bought the pills and the lotion, wish I didn't waste my time or my time trying to get a refund. I noticed they make it extremely difficult, despite the videos saying no questions easy returns. PLEASE help if anyone has advice how to get my return!

I bought 3 jars of the lift and sculpting firm cream and used the product for about 5 months, I have not seen any noticsbly results, I had high hopes after watching the lengthy video, I am very disappointed in the claims they promised, please don't waste your money, also I did try the eyebrow enhancer which was also disappointing results or i should say non results.

I was willing to give a product a try, because it was a $39 deal. On the website, I was hit with upsell offers. That's annoying, but I took the $102 "deal" and managed to make it through to enter my credit card info. That should have been it. But when I hit "submit," I was presented with 4+ more upsell offer screens. With each screen, I had to scroll way down to say "no thanks" in order to continue (under threat that if I try to exit screen, it may result in multiple charges to my credit card). By the time I hit the confirmed order screen, I'd lost trust in the company. I tried to cancel online, then sent an email. A few hours later, I received an email saying that it was too late to cancel, but of course I can pay shipping to return the product for a refund. With such a complex website designed to entrap consumers, I have a hard time believing they can't cancel orders before they ship. While not technically, illegal, these people are unethical.

Being in my mid 70s, and knowing the mirror isn't as kind as it once was, I was looking for a company that understand the intricacies of skincare... and the psychology of women! I've been involved with Beverly Hills MD for the past several yours, and am constantly amazed [and appreciative of] their products, sensitivity to women's needs, and the ability to answer and correct our struggles. I have very sensitive skin, thus hesitant at first, but they have never disappointed. Don't hesitate!

I am using several of the products and my skin is looking better. I've gotten some really nice compliments recently. I'm hoping as I continue to use the products that they will continue to have a greater impact on my skin. My sister who has been an aesthetician for 30 years has noticed and wanted to know what I was using. So that is a good sign. She doesn't hand out compliments often. I'm not sure how to do the proof of purchase or I would. These products aren't magic. You need to have a good diet, drink lots of water and be consistent in cleaning you face properly and using the products as directed. Georgi Walker

Well I have a Identical twin sister and she's been using your product for two months and she looked 10 years younger. I was shocked to see her. What kind of work did you do to your face when did you do a face lift and she told me She has not done no face lift that She was using Beverly Hills MD I didn't believe her I really thought she went to a plastic surgeon but she did not so I have to try it for myself and so far I see such amazing Results thank you Beverly Hills MD. Such a great product And I will continue using it and telling my friends and family God bless shoes all for creating such a wonderful product
