Line Smoothing Serum

Wow - I have always loved the products - but I will have to give this one a 5 star. It goes on so smoothly and is really improving the lines on my face. I am 68 - but thanks to you, people will think in late 40s or early 50s. I have one line that has been driving me crazy - actually its not quite on my face - its right under my chin. Its actually disappearing. Thank you!

False Advertising

I ordered a 3-month supply of the Dermal Repair Complex and less than a month later received an email that the next supply was being shipped. I immediately contacted BHMD by phone to stop the shipment and was told by customer service that they would try; however, it arrived in the mail a couple days later and my account was charged. I then called back to return the shipment and was told I would have to return it at my own cost. I should not have to pay to return a shipment that should not have shipped for another 2 months, hence a 3-month supply, not a 5-6 month supply! I hadn't even had a chance to determine if the product was working for me, or if I would continue using or cancel, but my feeling of "false advertising" made my decision for me-I will be returning all the products!

Rose Stem Cell Daily Cleanser is by far my favorite cleanser that I have ever used. I have use expensive brands from department stores, beauty supply store, other dermatologist, and this is by far my favorite. I have very sensitive skin, and this product leaves my skin very clean without drying it out. Give it a try, I th8nk you will love it!

First of this stuff is thick gel I absolutely love it cause it dosent run all over my had before I get it to my face and I feel so clean and refreshed eaven squeaky... my Pors are smaller smoother skin... the hint of smell is so light nonexistent it's going to last forever... I will always use this!

While I don't have wrinkled skin, I always prefer to lean towards prevention. I purchased the Beverly Hills MD wrinkle repair night treatment because I believe that caring for my skin with products that are to be used while I am asleep is extremely important as our skin cells are in repair mode when we are asleep. I absolutely adore this night treatment as my skin is glowing when I awake in the morning, as well as plumped and hydrated! I totally recommend this product to those who enjoy seeing gratifying results!

Best ever serum!

I have been using this booster for only a short while but I can see the change in my skin by the use of before and after photos. The skin around my mouth looks much smoother and the overall condition of my skin has improved. I also apply it to the area around my eyes and has seen improvement there with my wrinkles less pronounced. Overall, I love this serum!

Yes, I have been using the DRC for 2 weeks. At first I did not use it every day a.m. and p.m. Now I use it twice daily and I really like it. I have noticed smoother and softer skin, wrinkles have become less noticeable.
I do have a question for Dr. layke:
Do you recommend using serum before the cream? What about Oil after the cream, at night? The reason I ask is because using just the cream alone seems to be a bit dryer than what I am used to.

I don't have much of a crepe skin even though I am 67. I attribute that in part to my olive skin. But I started to notice the initial looks of crepe skin on my upper arms so I started using CeraVe which I found helpful but not as I would have liked. With crepe correction I noticed the crepe skin is totally different not only the crepe is gone but the skin also feels tighter. I don't like writing reviews because I think they are fake. But I must admit your claims are factual, at least for me. I wish I would have taken photos of the before and after. My only complaint is the jars are small. I wish you had a bigger size.

I have just (stupidly enough!) purchased the 3 x BHMD dermal repair capsules. THAT IS ALL I WANTED! All of a sudden $188 and then a staggering $302 was taken out of my account! This is NOT what I originally intended to pay! AT ALL!
I am now worried that somewhere along the line they have conned me into a subscription too seeing they now have my banking details. I am actually furious! GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Autoship watch out!

I ordered one 5 bottles and started to have money taken off my credit card, up to $600. ( 3times on my credit card)!
They stated only the 5 bottles but put me on more bottles as autoship. Their site isn; t clearly not well explain! Beware!

I ordered neck sculpting cream for $49.95 a bottle. I was offered three bottles for $104.85. When I checked my account I was charged twice. One charge of $104.85 and another charge of $49.95. I emailed the company and received an email back telling me to call their number to get help. I have tried several times the longest hold time was three hours when I gave up. I tried their live chat and received a response that they needed to transfer me to another service. They needed my credit card to charge me $1.00 which
would be refunded after the call. What a scam! I am going to go after them legally if I can. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchase the dermal repair complex. It is nice and I have seen improvement. Not the amazing results they seem to pitch, but never the less, seems to help, and I find that my skin has improved What did not help was the appalling lack of transparency from customer service. I wrote regarding interaction between HRT and Saw palmetto. I was concerned because there is a fair amount of reporting that suggest a potential negative interaction, specifically with estrogen. I also wrote because I am on heart medication and I wanted to know if there are ingredients that I should be concerned about. I received a prepackage response that meant nothing. I think this company is owned by lawyers, not doctors. Lucky for me I was able to confirm the information with my pharmacist. If you plan to use this product, do you own research. In their defense they suggest that you speak to your doctor... of course if you can have an appointment. Chicken or the egg... you choose.

I called for a refund and explained that I had cancer twice and my Doctor did not recommend me taking this medication. I sent it back exactly as I received it about a month ago. No response. Be careful with this company.

We inherited a bunch of new Beverly Hills MD products from my late sister and they are preventing us from selling them on eBay claiming we can't resell a product WE OWN. They say our pictures were copied from their web site when in fact they were taken in our kitchen with my phone. Clearly not a company to do business with.

Watch out if you order don't do a subscription, because when you cancelled in months in advance. They will send you a years supply you cancelled you get to pay to get it back to them. If I could gave them a 1/2 star I would.

Bought 2 different products, one when this slick smooth con artist came on the scene in 2014-2015, and recent time. This is a smooth sociopath who is out for big $$$. He knows how to catch you with the big lie "you can do this without leaving the house". That's con talk for buy our garbage product. He disappeared when the heat came on: hugh reports and complaints go out to state attorney offices, and now he has resurfaced once again. That's when you know they are really bad. DON'T take the hook!
And "Sam", save your slick con apology for yourself. Shame on you all, God is watching you

I did not realize I was joining a subscription when I placed my order for three bottles of vitamins and three jars of cream. Less than month after my purchase I received an email indicating my next order would be sent soon. I immediately called and cancelled (who needs three bottles of vitamins that last one month each every three months?) Unfortunately I later received another email indicating my shipment was sent. (The shipment was for three jars of cream. If I am on a subscription, why just send the cream and not the vitamins? The vitamins were my original order, the cream was just an add-on.) I called again and was told sometimes they have a delay in communication on their end when cancelling and they would email me a return label and refund my card once they receive my return. I thought the return label would pay the return shipping. Shockingly, I still had to pay $15.00 to return the package, and Beverly Hills MD refuses to reimburse me the $15 shipping fee for a package they NEVER should have sent to me or charged my card for. I was not overly impressed with the cream but I had only used it for one month so can't give a fair review on the cream. The vitamins are great and I would have re-ordered when my three month supply ran out, but at this point I will find vitamins from another company. It is not worth the aggravation and stress.
