They're going to offer you "free" bull$#*! left and right, and if you take any of it say goodbye to any deposits or winnings you get. They're not going to let you take your money back until you lose the rest of it trying to get enough for their rollover bull$#*!. Yeah, sure maybe rollover is a part of all online betting, but at least honest websites don't try to trick you into getting locked in by offering so much fake "free" betting options. And if you ever want to contact their support 9/10 times you're going to get a condescending "you should've known better" response. It's like being a drug dealer that laughs in your face when you ask them leave you alone. Hopefully every person involved with this sites creation burns in hell.

Sent them money made bets and have tried to recover a small amount back out of my account. I've tried many times over twenty years but all I've got are requests to post more bets. All I get is deceitful lies about new rules before they will even consider sending me a payment. Avoid the scum known as Bet US

When you first open an account and make deposits, they are super nice and punctual and leave out all the hoops you have to jump through of you want to withdraw your winnings from your very own account... On top of that...any time you withdraw money from your very own account they charge you like 10% on top of everything you withdraw our 45$ which ever amount is more...these are proffesional scam artist here! Consider yourself warned that if you don't want to just throw your money away, stay away from these goons!

They offered 100 free spins in their Gravy promo, yet never disclosed anywhere that the free spins won't be credited until 11/25, which is more than a week since the day I deposited. It's now 11/25 and I'm told 4 diff answers when asking about this: adding them now, during the day, by end of day, and finally at end of day. Super shady bait & switch scam artists.

My elderly mother (87 years young) loves to bet on football games, God bless her. For several years she enjoyed the BetUS system. She never took ANY of her money OUT. She just "Let It Ride" so she can make more bets in the future.
All of a sudden (out of nowhere) she logs onto the website, and $100 is missing from her total! She called her "Rep" at BetUS, his name is Clyde, she adored him. She asks why her account is showing $100 less -- Clyde tells her a payout was requested. And a payout was given. AND the person who requested it, received it in BITCOIN!
My elderly mother has no clue what BITCOIN even is.

In the days that followed, "Clyde" helped her change her password -- to prevent any further fraud. After changing her password, within DAYS the rest of her account was depleted. To this day, BetUS says there was "No security breach" -- however NOBODY knew my mother's new password except "Clyde" -- her personal Rep. OVER $350 from her account simply disappeared. (It HAD to be an Inside Job, right?) BetUS has taken ZERO responsibilty for this fraud and theft.
Bottom line, DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. Your money might disappear. This was my mother's tiny savings, to give her mental stimulation and joy -- to place a simple $5 or $10 bet and occupy her time cheering for her football team with a (lower level) monetary wager. NOW the entire $350 has disappeared and BetUS takes zero responsibility for the disappearance.

Do NOT get suckered into their promos; complete scam. The person on the phone even bragged that he was in Costa Rica and/or Canada so they could not be sued for stealing funds. CROOKS!

They are the worst betting site. Trying to make it imposible to take your money out, it's hard to deposit, impossible to take money out. Very unpleasant customer support. There are 25 other betting apps that are much better than them. Do not use them!

Today is February 2,2017 and I want for people to please read my review regarding Betus. So here we go. I have been with betus since 2010 and yes I woI'll lose all the time. It wasn't that they just took my money it's just that I suck when it comes to sports gambling. So two weeks ago I decided to deposit a couple of hundred dollars and turned it into a *******. 00 between sports betting and the casino. I was really nervous that I might not getb paid because of the bad reviews I recently read but I did. I called Customer Service and asked then how do I receive my money. They told me I had to send them photos of my credit card front and back and a current photo ID and I can upload it on their secure Web page. Yes they want 72 hours from the last deposit before they allow you to withdraw because they want to make sure they get their money. So once the 72 hours hit they will process your request up to 3000. 00 a day and you can receive it on a gift card where you will be given a pin. If you want to have your funds faster I suggest when you open your account to request to have the pay out card sent out to you right away instead of waiting because it does take anywhere from 2 or 3 weeks. This way you won't have to wait as long after you win. My best advise for all new bettors is give customer service a call ask all the questions about those bad postings you might read or hear before you use any site. Again, I rate customer service and the site a 4 star, but will not give a 5 star because like anyone else I wish I could of receive my total winnings in one pay out. As long as I know their rules and why they are put in place then I'm ok with it. Again, BETUS is not as bad as those other sites. Yes I did receive my money and recommend this site as being honest. I hope this helps for those of you who have doubts.

I have been a member of BETUS.com for over 5 years and have come to the conclusion they're a crock. They will pay you out, it takes them a while to send you the debit card they will pay you out on, once you receive that, it will take another 72 hours for them to get the funds onto that debit card.
Betus pretend like they have club level memberships... meaning if you bet enough, you will earn silver status, gold status platinum etc. they even give people in their special clubs a special phone number to call that is supposed to provide better customer service. Well, it's all a ploy and a lie.
They will take your money easily in a matter of minutes but they make it a real hassle to withdrawal. For example, you could deposit now and if you went to withdraw tomorrow, they would tell you that you cannot withdraw until 72 hours after your deposit, not to mention, they will treat you like a piece of dirt when that time comes. I recommend 5dimes

BetUS will take your money but just try to get your winnings from them. The best course of action is to declare their charges on your credit card as FRAUD! None of the avenues they profess will lead you to a payout works. All of these avenues seem to block attempts to send the numerous ridiculous pieces of documentation they require. For Crying Out Loud! They want a copy of driver's license, copies of the credit card, a verification form and then after obtaining all these documents the request fails to go through. The credit card company attempted to contact them to speak with a manager. One phone number went unanswered. Another answered phone line was hung up after the credit card company identified themselves and the purpose for the call! Avoid this company. They are a huge SCAM!

Don't make the same mistake I did.

BetUS uses everything in their power to NOT pay you your winnings. I could get into the long story of my negative experience with them, but I will save you and myself the time.

AVOID BetUS.

This site is a total scam. They will cut your account off at anytime if you start to hit a win streak. I know this because I ended up winning 14 consecutive bets and customer service calls me and tells me that I can no longer bet with them because their website is not for professionals and recreational use only. I told them I was a 27 year old college student and had no background in being a professional gambler and they said sorry we can't change this decision! WTF! They basically cut my account off because i was starting to win. Never use betus
