Had a great few days with their book. Went to pull out bitcoin the same way I have with other sites, copied and pasted my Bitcoin address, and never got paid. Continually get the runaround where, "oh it should be coming through today or tomorrow" and nothing shows up. Been over a week and I don't think I'm getting my $1750. I don't know how this site stays in business. STAY AWAY!

This company is the biggest scam of all time. If you win you are unable to withdraw funds unless you hit your min rollover which is a ridiculous amount of money upwards of $7,500. This was never mentioned on any sign up page or when speaking to live agents.

Upon hearing this when asking to be paid out they said it is mentioned in their terms and conditions. So they deliberately hide vital information such as this to scam everyone that signs up.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!

I deposited $300. That had a matching offer. I immediately bet the$300 on the Cowboys to cover which they did. So I bet the$300 I deposited and won. Then I bet the matching$300 on some college games. Won some lost some. So I bet my cash and I bet the bonus money. I have a $800+ balance. Requested a payout. It's refused. They say I have to bet $5,000 more dollars on "qualifying bets" before I can be paid out the $835. Stay away. Do not use. Total scam!

This might be the worst sports betting website out there. Trash company trash costumer service don't use.

Betus literally takes forever to process payouts. They can never provide you with an update it just always says "waiting supervisor authorization ". So I recommend playing somewhere else if you want fast payouts.

The person I spoke to treated me with disrespect and the payout percentage is 3% don't recommend at all

I've been with this sites for year just leaving my money there and letting it accumulate because I happen to be above average at betting.
After accumulating thousands in profit over a four year span I decided I would cash out. They said I had not that enough to be able to retrieve my winnings. Years of betting and winning at a small but gradual pace they have told me that I need to come up with over $10,000 worth of bets to retrieve my winnings. If I haven bet enough money over four years to win thousands why do I need to bet even more to Betus (SCAM!)

If anyone says this is a legitimate site, do not believe them! They literally are a scam site and even when you are the gambling winner which we all know gambling is a risk but when you're a steady winner and you do not get paid, they can keep my thousand but I need to warn others.

I never leave reviews but I had to for this one. Betus is the worst betting platform, when you deposit there's a 72 hour window on the deposit before you withdraw and when you withdraw they charge you around 50 bucks to have it sent to your bank. They also only offer crypto currency withdrawls and bank wires so not many options either.

I have been with Bet us since 2007 I only play sports bet football and baseball l am not a big better about 30.00 to 100.00 a game I never take the bonus because they always have a reason not to pay you but that is industry standard not just them. On 9/27 I went to my account in which I should have had a Balance 330.00. When I logged in the Balance was 0. So I looked at my activity and it said I lost it all in the casino. I called them and talked to CS he confirmed and said about playing Casino and said there is an IP address coming from India I am in Texas. Now 5 days later it is under the manager's review and they say to call back tomorrow I have called them each day and have sent two emails and the only replay is callback tomorrow,

I come from the sportsbook industry. It's places like BetUS that gives the offshore sportsbook industry a bad reputation. You might as well take your money that you were going to send BetUS and light it on fire. At least that way you can say you got something out of it. All of these reviews are spot on. I have legend status on Bovada. I gamble every single day. The only reason why I made a very temporary switch to BetUS was because I wanted to see what kind of slots they had. I won several thousand dollars and after I played through my 30 time rollover, I had 1500 dollars in the casino. A message flashed on the screen congratulating me that I had made it through the rollover and suddenly my 1500 dollars was reduced to 750 dollars. When I called to inquire as to why that happened, the customer service department informed me that the max payout was 750 dollars for this type of bonus. I thought to myself, "ok. Well 750 is better than nothing". So I decided to cash out the 750, and when I did, i received a message on the withdrawl screen that I still had 600 dollars in sports bets that I needed to play through in order to cash out. I thought "geez. This is never ending." so i decided to let it all ride on 1 game. I won. So at that point my balance was 1350 dollars and I was all but certain that now I would be able to cash out. So when I went to the cashout screen again, it finally allowed me to request a cashout. At this point i was pissed so I decided to cash it all out. I waited all day for confirmation of the cash out, and when it didn't arrive, I called customer service. That's when they informed me that I misunderstood the process, and once the 750 dollars was deposited into my sportsbook account, and moved from my casino account, I then had to play another 30 times rollover with that totalling 22,500 dollars. Nevermind the fact that I had won the game. So at this point i was livid and thought I would never be able to play through 22,500 dollars with only 1300 dollars in the account. So I was driving down the highway, playing 300 dollars a hand on blackjack, and before I knew it, I had actually played through the 22,500 dollars. I kept track of it myself because there is no way to tell on the website where you stand on the rollover. After I played the 22,500, I was pleasantly surprised to see that I now had 6K in my account. I called customer service to inform them that I had played through the 22,500 rollover and I would now like to cash out my 6K. Guess what... I was only able to cash out 750 dollars. When I asked to speak to a supervisor about this, not only did they not pay me the 750 dollars, but they disabled my account. The owner was not trust worthy fifteen years ago, and apparently is even worse now (i know this because before he became a thief, we knew eachother in my previous life.) They claim to be legit but they are so far from it. Please do yourself a favor and go to bovada. You will appreciate it. There are a couple of management responses on this forum from a guy named Lex. He suggests that you call him to explain. Good luck with that. The number he has listed is *******886. EXT. 2738. So i tried to call it to speak with him and guess what... it's a voice mail for a guy named John Rocky. Sorry Lex but you are full of it. Try if for yourself. I wouldn't make this up. Thank god I only put a couple hundred dollars on this. Long story short, a 200 dollar bonus, I played throught almost 40K, and when finished, had 6K in my account. I was only able to cash out 750 when it was all done. Please think twice and take to heart all of these negative reviews. There is a reason they are all on here. Your identity, bank account is at risk if you disclose credit card or ID. If you did give your debit or credit card to this place, I suggest you cancel the card and get a new one ASAP. There are so many trustworthy platforms out there. I have no reason to say any of this other than I am trying to save someone from losing their shorts. These guys are just trying to get while the getting is good as the legal sportsbook industry continues to evolve Stateside. I can't imagine that this place will survive. I know that they have been around for 30 years but I would love to know how many customers they have that are actually long term and loyal. You know who i am betUS. I quit using the site after payment issues, I went on it to see if it was still as bad as it was and it is. While not the worst Id rate it as bottom half easily experience wise having played in dozens on online casinos. I hit bonus feature and got a 0 dollar return playing over $1. IMO this only happens at the driest worst of casinos.

This company doesn't want to payout. If u refuse bonus on initial deposit. They will send u one through the website that will stop u from using ur own money. Which will trap ur own money that u deposited. SCAM.

You've got to figure things out for yourself. Don't bother calling as no one there knows anything. They can even answer a simple question and most of the time the call is so broken up you can't understand anything but...

I received a free bet for $25, I bet won $25. My account showed $25 cash, but I had to wager a $750 sports book to cash out. So I played the casino won $4200, placed 2 $750 bets so I would be able to withdrawal. Again I was met with some more BS to keep me from cashing out my winnings. In the end they kept $4,090 and gave me $125. I've had green bets with BETMGM and won and the money was mine to do what I please play, withdraw, whatever I wanted it for, other sites as well. In the end never again will I play or associate with BETUS, I was robbed.

Unlike most sites that give you promo money, they also tie your money up with a ton of rollover money requirements. I talked to some clown on the phone who explained it all to me. I was pretty sure I was talking to the mob. He said you didn't read all the fine print? Kept calling me bro. The other companies I use, I could win money and pull out my original deposit. This scam makes me gamble 20 times what I got as promo money before I could withdraw anything. This site sucks, bro

Many reviews here are so accurate: Polite and helpful until... you never win on slots or other games. They did not process a deposit transaction properly through Zelle... still haggling to get my $100 refunded. I closed my account! DO NOT use this site. This is a crooked site...they'll. Confirm your bets and if you win, they'lll say you never really bet or confirmed your bets. Total scam. I can share pix of my confirmed bet that won...and when I called in they say they are an offshore illegal betting site, so what am I gonna do, call the "authorities"?...if you win they don't pay because there is no legal way to make them pay...if you loose they take your money...it's a NO WIN...so RUN AWAY!

I called cause I was having trouble. They IMMEDIATELY made me feel like I was trying to scam them. When I never been in trouble in my life. All I wanted to do was use there platform and didn't know how and the guy made me feel like I was committing a felony by wanting to play. I'll never use a app like that.
