I have never had a bad experience with a online gambling site except when I lose money because I make stupid bets.

They actually stoled 1000 dollars from my account. You get the run around. Can't escalate the issue. I am 53 and this is the first time I got scammed so not bad considering.

Trust me, trust me, you are making a huge mistake using this site. You will not get your money out. Use Draftkings.

I deposited my money into betus and then they asked me for documents, I gave them everything I could from my bank thats connected to my card and explained to them that my card is my bank account then they kept denying my verification 4+ times. They kept asking me for my password and even after I gave them my ID and my other card statement they still denied me and they dont even let you withdraw your money if you arent verified so now my money is stuck and had to dispute with my bank waiting now.
They also give you less money to win a bet compared to other betting places

All the people are rude they don't never wanna give your bouns an you never win they really $#*!ing suck don't I repeat don't waste your money

I agree with most of the reviews here. These people are con artists and thieves, don't send them your money. I have contacted them by phone eleven times and sent multiple messages. Their business model is clearly predatory, and I have no expectation of getting my money back, but I will do everything I can to spread the word. These guys are crooks! On Bovada per say, you would still keep the bonus cash provided to you. To have to pay a roll over for this $#*! sericie is mind boggling.

They stole $300 from me... I spent 2 month trying to get it. Called 15 times over that period with an average of 20 minute calls. Lie after lie everytime I try to get an answer. What grief to accomplish receiving my very first payout! BetUs is asking for a credit card bank statement that is not feasible with my Apple credit card. I have submitted over a dozen proof documents and they are still not permitting the $934 withdrawal. They claim they are located in Costa Rica but they use a State of California cell phone from San Jose, CA. OSGA will be contacted as well as the Dept. of Consumer Affairs if the funds aren't released at once!

They either make you take your money out in crypto-currency, or they charge you $50 to withdraw it. I'm like, "What!? I don't deal in crypto-currency." I gave them money in US currency, placed my wagers in US currency, and they force you to a scam crypto-currency to withdraw. Spoke to a couple of associates, and then a supervisor named "Morgan" - no budging, nobody to talk to above Morgan, per Morgan. It's crazy. I don't do much betting at all, but just dabbled in it, but my intuition told me I was going down a dark alley with these folks, so I decided to stop betting and pull my $200 out. And then my intuition was confirmed when I went to take my money out. And It's not worth my time to fight with those crooks for $50. Total scam. Do yourself a favor and don't deal with them.

I first tried to place 50 dollars in MY ACCOUNT AND THEY TRIED TO place 150 in my account and tell me I'm the one who tried to place the bet of 100 when they know and I know there the ones who tried to do it but my bank declined it'd to suspicious activity so I finally get to a resolution through there chat with a agent who offered to give me a 100 percent deposit bonus for whatever I deposited so I deposited 50 and he gave me a 50 dollar free play. If I could give this site a 0 star I would. Their bonuses are completely worthless as you need to bet a ridiculous amount before they become your money. On a $300 Match Bonus I would have to wager over $28,000 in bets. I'm guessing they've never paid out any of them. In the Casino it's even worse and you can't choose live dealer which I assume means they can manipulate the software so you never win. Getting a payout was impossible so don't waste your time or money. There are too many legitimate and legal sports book out there so skip this one

I've read the terms and conditions. I've proceeded to ask an agent the question relating to my residency and playing for real cash on their site. Not all online casinos are legal in Louisiana and they have the right to withhold your winnings due to residency restrictions. I asked 2 different agents if I was able to play for real money with no problem and I was lied to.
