Books are in excellent condition, this was a series I loved from the 80's and I was happy to have found them at a reasonable price.

My order of three books arrived after a long wait.

I was dismayed to see the condition of Elbow Room - no dust jacket, sun damaged cover, stamps and cross out on all three faces of pages. The spine was cracked in two areas.

How do I get a replacement in appropriate condition?
