Never had a late delivery, either from the UK or US hubs. Books always carefully packed.

The books arrived in good condition. You need to be patient with the delivery, as it takes long, but I knew this from the beginning. I am happy about my first order with BetterWorldBooks and will continue to buy books from here, as it's a great solution against big corporations.

One of the two books is a bit stuffy and has some smell. It would be better if it was cleaned or had some hygienic process before get shipped to customers

I love getting books here. I realize I am buying used books and do not expect a brand new book but I am often impressed with the condition. I was the site had all the info for school books and such, like what edition they are, some do, some don't. Overall I love shopping for books here and always receive them quickly and enjoy the books I get. I have bought 50 books from here and never been disappointed.

But I am not happy with the address, which said Taiwan, province of China, which is not true. Taiwan is Taiwan, not a province of China at all.

When looking for specific books, I very much like it that I can usually fine the books that I want and at a reasonable price too!

The books are cheap, which is good. Some books are in good or acceptable conditions, but some were really damaged (water damage), or they were severely maltreated by previous owners (too much underlining makes a text unreadable).

Great prices and selections. Profits go to charity which is a big plus in my book. Every book I have bought has been of the quality din the description. I highly recommend looking here first.

This is the 8th book I have ordered and I can confidently say that BWB is, hands-down, the best place to buy books online. I received this order in perfect condition.
