Everything arrived in order! Website runs a bit choppy, but it's a minor inconvenience. I had an overall pleasant shopping experience.

I had ordered a book Judy, no better friend, but when the book arrived it wasn't the right book. Contacted Better World books, they promptly sent the correct book and no extra charge. They have superb customer service, great book selection and good delivery.

I love better world books and usually they are pretty speedy, as they were with the first half of my purchase, but my last book took 4 weeks to deliver, which was really late since I needed it for school.

I've been buying books through BetterWorldBooks for some time. Not once have I been disappointed with either the service or the books I've received. From Up There to Downunder, all by clicking the mouse. Knowing I'm contributing to fostering reading for kids is why I search here, first.

The book came on time with the CD and in good shape. Glad that I could pick up a copy of a title I wanted.

Much to my surprise I received an ex library book although this was not mentioned in the description of the item. For an art book collector former library books are a showstopper. About the worst that can happen. This plus all the stickers that are very difficult to remove without damaging the book gives you a bad rating.

I like buying from Better World Books because they have a good selection of books at great prices and the shipping is usually free or minimal. I especially like that they are making a difference in the world by providing books to areas in need.

Whenever I'm looking for a book, this is the first place I go to. Condition of books is always better than expected. Huge selection of any book you could be looking for.

I was able to quickly find the books I wanted through their search function. The prices were reasonable and both books were is great condition.

I'm happy with my purchase, honestly it's rare to find a website that delivers worldwide for free. The books were fine. They were dispatched from different warehouses. The european one was faster but the books was more worn than the one from US warehouse.
30 days from UK, and 45 days from US to Morocco.
