I've been ordering books through BWB for at least 3 years and have been consistently pleased. Every few orders I'll receive my shipment a few days (3-4 days) later than expected, but no major issues with shipping overall. The "used-good" and "used-very good" condition indicators seems to vary a bit, but I've always felt that the books were a good value for the price, regardless. Plus, I love their dedication to literacy initiatives.
We are trying to fill in gaps in our large print book collection at the public library where I work and the variety Better World offers is outstanding!

I received 3 out of 4 books that I ordered relatively quickly, but the 4th one took forever--almost a month. I emailed Better World Books, and they were extremely prompt in addressing the issue. I was very impressed with costumer service.

I like to buy used books and wanted to support a company that's more ethical than Amazon. I have ordered multiple times--the only time I had an issue is when a book had supposedly shipped from one of their new book distributors and the shipping tracking never updated from the initial entering. The person I'd emailed with was a bit annoying, as far as saying I had to wait for "14 days from when it should have arrived" and I said if that's in like two days it's clearly not arriving if it shows no evidence of having being transported anywhere. They eventually refunded my money for that book. I was turned off from them for a while but ordered five books recently (for $29, free shipping, including one book sent from the UK) and haven't had any other negative experiences since.
The books are very low price. Books I received are in good condition and come in a timely manner. First place I go to order books.
I am reading my newest box of books. I look forward to many many more orders. I am loving all of the books and they are in such great shape. The prices are great too. I am so pleased that I found BetterWorldBooks and started reading again.
