I've been satisfied in the past with this company but this time what I got was not what I ordered. I had ordered a monofilament wig. It was the color I expected but it had no style and just laid flat. The fit appeared to be very tight.

I have been a customer of bestwigoutlet for some time and pleased with the products received, packaging and delivery. My only negative is that their return policy turnaround time is very short and does not allow sufficient time to evaluate the product and get it to the post office if returning.

I have purchased from Best Wig Outlet before. I received the wig in an acceptable time frame. My problem was with the wig itself. It was longer than advertised and was really straight. I have had to cut it several times to get it the pixie style that I thought I was ordering. I wish Best Wigs would have better descriptions as for as length. Sometimes, they will show only the front of the wigs and will not shows the back. When a person is ordering, the company needs to show every side of the wigs.

I recently purchased Belle Tress Cascara from BWO. I received it in record time and the wig is absolutely beautiful! As is typical with Belle Tress, the hair is SO soft and silky! If you don't know what you like, this is not the place to start your wig journey, due to their no return policy. (You must read every seller's return policy! Even some very well known wig companies charge extremely high re-stocking fees.) I would definitely order from them again, but I already know what I like. Thanks so much BWO!

I just purchase a unit for $90.00. When you click on your desired color it will allow you to but guess what... if the color is not in stock there system will switch your selection to another color. And yes they will sent you the product but its not what you want and they will not honor that request. So please check with BBB before you use any online wig site. Im very disappointed with the service. And to add insult to injury the lady on the phone name Alicia was very aloof about my issue didn't care at all. Please beware! Latasha is my name unhappy customer!

God I wished I read the reviews here I would Not have bought anything from this site. I spent $120 on 3 wigs through their site for the first time, I thought they were selling good quality products but No they are not. When I received the wigs it was a joke. Hair was falling out, I couldn't use a wig brush to brush the wigs after wearing it, lot of hair from the wigs was falling down on my bathroom floor. I even used my fingers to brush and a bunch of hair will remain on my hands. When you just touch the wig you will have hair falling on your hands, this is how poor quality those wigs are. I called them to report it and the lady from customer service was nasty to me and told me point blank that they would not accept any return or exchange or refund. I already knew that they do not accept return or exchange but I trusted at least the products to be in good quality but that was not the case at all. I should have ordered one wig to test their products first since it was my first time ordering from their site but I learnt my mistake, it won't happen again. Stay away from this company. I lost $120 for 3 junks. Be aware! Poor quality wigs, poor quality products. It's best to go to your local wigs store, at least you can test the quality before buying. This company is a scam100%.

The Best Wig Outlet should be named " The Worst Wig Outlet". They sell defective merchandise and have the worst return policy. I have been wearing Rene of Paris Wigs for over seventeen years due to a medical condition. My wig began shedding hair after normal wear. I am a nurse and noticed strands on my white lab coat. When i gently brushed the wig using a wig brush over 75 strands fell out! I have alopecia and now so does my 290.00$ wig! I called and e mailed the company. They said because the wig was a week old there was nothing they could do. When I called again and spoke to Alicia from customer service, she said she would reach out to the company. I called back a week later and she e mailed me " How to care for your synthetic wig instructions". I know how to care for synthetic wigs! I have been wearing them for 17 years. It is my strong opinion that they sold me a " knock off" of a brand name wig.
