I bought Wavy Day by Raquel Welch and waited two weeks for the item to even ship. So that's the first thing. The wig came in nice packaging and it's a beautiful color, however after one day of wearing it the lace starting to completely fall apart and I have a hard time believing that this has anything to do with Raquel Welch quality as this brand is highly recommended by so many people. Also I paid over $200 for this wig after shipping so yeah I'm very disappointed and after reading the reviews here, I don't even want to attempt to exchange this item or return it. It seems like h3ll. I'd rather just spend my money elsewhere. Im going to try wig studio 1 next. Don't buy from here. Quality seems shaky. There's probably other businesses that will take your money into consideration.

Best wig outlets customer service is terrible. They sent me the wrong two items totally $500 and would allow a return or exchange for their mistake. I will not be purchasing from here again ever.

After reading all those negative comments about Beat wig outlet, I'm so happy to inform you that I got a perfect hair topper, in a perfect colour.
The delivery time couldn't be shorter. From the US to Norway in about four five days Will definitely buy from you again.

Purchased expensive wig in good faith. Rec'd on a Friday and opened and realized it was either a return item or tampered with. Contacted them immediately to return this. Was told I had 3 days to return, considering this was late Friday it meant they wanted a return shipping by Sunday (impossible as carriers are closed). Then was given all the fees (not readily shown on their site) for sending back. First the Free shipping was now something I had to pay for, then they add on a 15% re-stocking fee and to add to this I not only had to pay for the return shipping but I had to get the label on my own. They won't send any label (even if I am paying for it). Having just had lung cancer surgery, I was not able to drive. My husband had come down with viral bronchitis so he was the only one that could do this; but not in his present condition. No other wig company gives you only 3 days, the average return policy is 30 days. Other companies state clearly what the return policy is; but not Best Wig. I was told it would be around $30.00 for restocking (regardless of the condition the wig was received) and whatever the Free Ship was now going to cost me plus the $25.71 I had to pay to ship it back, as they are in Anaheim, CA and that makes the shipping costs high. They are a middleman for other wig companies; so they are making a fortune off customers that aren't receiving the items they ordered. I find it odd that a site like this would even have any positive reviews, as those reviews are generally just on the companies site. So I wouldn't trust any positive reviews here, as this is not the platform to leave them.

Purchased Jones from Best Wig Outlet, they unequivocally say it's never been owned and that it passed inspection.

The bangs are hacked off--and, they say they "inspected it."

Dealing w/big corporate swag, not the first time as per above.

How are you supposed to know if the wig works if you can't try it on. They reserve the right to charge up to 75% of the cost in fees if they think you haven't met their criteria. I'll donate the wig to a cancer charity and never use them again. Super sad!

This company is a complete SCAM! They sent me a wig that looked nothing like the pic. Tried it on for a second and requested a return the same day I received it. Paid for shipping at USPS and they issued a refund minus $50. I called to ask why, they said it was for smelling like perfume, shipping, and restocking fee. I paid for shipping, I tried it on for less than 5 minutes. SCAM! Of course the manager was not available to talk to me either! So in total, $61 loss.

About 4 months later the items with the 3 hair products were returned to my address. The return address in China did not exist. They had me pay a shipping cost to an address that they knew did not exist. SCAM. Please do not order from this company. YOU WILL BE SCAMMED.

Bought a wig that had a stretched wig cap so had to return. An incredibly short 7 day return window, you pay for shipping the return out of your own pocket and the restocking fee is huge. I am out $70 and no wig. Will not shop here again.

Hairpiece took weeks to arrive. Ordered in light blonde, received dusty, dull gray color. Contacted BWO right away for return postage form and was notified my order was a "final sale", which would have been okay if they'd sent the proper item. Bottom line - I'm out of luck. I've opened a complaint with the BBB against BWO.

I just received a Raquel Welch On Your Game wig from this company. In no way, shape, or form does it look like the picture of the wig I ordered. You would think if this company wanted return business, they would make sure what they're selling is the same as advertised. I will NEVER order from them again. Too late I checked the reviews.

I bought the Textured Pixie | Synthetic Wig by TressAllure from Best Wig Outlet and it was of the poorest quality. The reason I bought this particular wig was because it showed a video with a model arranging it every which way and it looked great! Looked easy to manage. Unfortunately, the wig I was sent was nothing like what was shown in the video. The wig had hair going pretty much straight down into my eyes and even when I tried to arrange it to the side, it kept falling down into my eyes. At first, I thought I could work with it, but nothing I did helped.

Sent a message to Big Wig Outlet and they said I could return it and get a refund minus $10 - $20 for the late fee since I did not return it within 5 days. I did not have the original packaging or hair net they sent with it so I returned it in another similar envelope to what they originally sent it in. Paid $92.65 for the wig and the amount I got back was $55.29. That's $44.36 they kept. When I sent another message to Best Wig Outlet, they said I did not return it in the original packaging so they deducted $10 for that, $10 for late fee, and $12.41 for restocking fee. Don't know why the additional $5.41 was kept but they sure made a profit off a product they sold that wasn't as easy to manage as was advertised.

I understand having to pay a small restocking fee to return an item, but it seems they capitalize on every excuse possible to keep as much as they can. Won't be doing business with this company ever again nor will I recommend to friends.

I purchased In Charge by Raquel Welch color Honey Toast. Perfect wig, has so much body to it. All you have to do is shake and put it on. The length is perfect so it doesn't touch your clothes. Keeps the wig from frizzing or drying out, lasts longer too! I have 2 of these wigs. Looking to buy a third one. Can't beat the price, received it rather quickly. Had no issues at all.

I bought 2 hairpieces. Neither were as described or as color on pics. Cost more to ship back and pay restocking. Photo below of one of the pieces and their online color to show difference. I actually thought I'd ordered the wrong color because it's so far off. But I didn't. Color was listed under gray. There's no gray.

Customer service was rude. Basically saying tough sh**. I'll never use them again.

I purchased a wig from there and in no way did it look anything like it did in the picture... I had to return it but could not do it right away. They said I returned it late. It was within a month and charged me a ridiculous amount for supposed restocking charge... really terrible company to deal with...

Ordered a wig. Never received it. Dealing with my credit card company now. Customer service hung up on me when I requested a refund, even though I was polite. Check their BBB rating. They do not have one because they are not a reputable company. Their reviews on BBB are all one star.
