The delivery service was supposedly free next day air...I didn't really care when I got it, but I thought it would be nice to have it sooner rather than later since it was a gift for my mother-in-law. What happened was it was sent on a Friday (okay, I get it can't get there on a Saturday), but then by Monday I was being informed that it would be 3-6 days before it was delivered. How is that next day air? Please don't insult me by saying it went out the next day and then continued on it's journey. Next day air means next day air, not almost a week later.
Very happy with everything! I did find the Miele in the stores for $50 less. I called the next day and bestvacuum.com gave me a no hassle $50 refund. Would definitely order from them again!
The weather was an issue for a slower delivery and that was unavoidable.
