I haven't any complaints, only that I did not receive an shipping form to return an item that does not fit my vacuum. I need to return this item and would like to know how to do that.
I would appreciate an answer to this problem because this item was a considerable sum of money.

I love my Miele vacuum and want to keep it in tip top shape. Keeping the filters changed as well as the bags is a necessity. I found what I needed at bestvacuum.com. Was looking for exhaust filters and they did not come up when in went into the bags and filters. I had to type them in the search box

I didn't like the credit card number to continue to be visible UIt also seemed that the extra tax wasn't indicated until you were 99% through with the order. Not a transparent way of doing things. Otherwise, site was easy and quick.

Received our Miele filters. I can't get them to fit the vacuum.
