Found the online ordering very frustrating. Could not find the discount code anywhere. No indication it was in an email in my inbox. Found it by accident.
After the order was placed, everything went as smoothly as I could hope except the deliver left it on the front porch with no attempt to get a signature even though I left a sign saying we were definitely home. The product however is great, I'm very pleased. My big constantly shedding dogs have met their match!
