Quick easy had what I wanted. Miele manual very poor. Referred to illustrations (fig3,4etc) that weren't there. Product is good though, if a little heavy.

The Miele Onyx did not meet my needs. I am glad bestvacuum.com provides a 60 day return guarantee. I ordered the next model up at an additional cost - the Miele Topaz, which I hope will meet my needs. However the replacement vacuum is NOT shipped overnight. The customer support reps are very helpful, but FEDEX did not email my return label or order confirmation and I had to follow up with best vacuum to get this done.
I call for a discount code and I received one to complete my purchased and I am very satisfied with Best vacuums. They are all about customer satisfaction and I will be doing more business with them in the future!

Initially I had a little trouble completing the paypal portion of my order. On the whole, though, my overall experience turned out to be excellent. The next day delivery was impressive. We needed a vacuum delivered to a vacation home just completed and it was there by the time we arrived. The price was good, delivery service excellent and bestvacuum.com responded to my questions promptly.
Regarding the vacuum: I bought: a Sebo k2 canister type. I need a lightweight vacuum because of arthritis. It had to be on the small side (little storage in the vacation home), yet be well made and have great suction. This little Sebo is an absolute gem. Beautifully made, compact, comes complete with 3 tools, and is a dream to use on bare floors which is what I have. I would recommend it and bestvacuum.com.
Called for information gentleman was very helpful in making the decision to buy the Miele compact c1. I think he was right the cord is long but could be a bit longer. So far vacum is ok
